@Eaton Construction My home will be finished next month, so you're a few months too late but thank you for the information. I'll jump that hurdle when and if I get there, but honestly almost all new home builders do this. Once you're in the house, they are slow to come out and fix things under warranty. It's unfortunate but most of them are like this.

Do not buy from these people because they will not honor their home warranty. We had to hire an attorney and we are looking at a class action lawsuit because there are so many people who have been affected in a negative way by this company. Your home will be unsafe and uninhabitable. Please do not build with them
