Creation a Child
Corpus Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

I'm a man.
She's my woman.
With love combined,
We shall create
The one greatest thing
We know we can:
Our child will be our fate.
-Oh oooh yay yay

The Lord above us
Has seen us through
The hassles that our love...
But as you know,
The factor's on
But our love...
We must rise.
-Whoa yay baby

We struggle
While we strive along
To have the world
That we can call our own
But with the help of another, another
A child will soon be born.
-Yeah yay yeah...

Love's the answer
As you know
And this we'll teach our child:
To love all humans
Who love man
This mind

That peace forever...
-Yay yeah please yay yeoh whoa whoa...

We were young, teenagers as we were once called. Typical high school guys that enjoyed playing music. Some like the music, others don't, regardless, thank you all for your comments. My name is Richard De Leon (DE-DE), Corpus Vocalist. And yes I am the real deal.

@Gode Tonter Hola Gode, buddy, I didn't take anything said as insulting. We need to be able to critique music, art, etc. Otherwise, we may never improve. I appreciate your feedback and honesty. Am sure if we could do the music all over again and with technology of today, things might have been better. Tried looking for the Master recordings but unfortunately could not be located. Remastering would have been great but we'll never know., If you're a musician currently playing music, I say keep rockin, if not, keep listening, feedback is never a bad thing. C Ya

@Rick De Leon Thanks for personally responding to my reply. In reality I should have stated the situation of the Vocals as typical of what a lot of bands do. In so much as it sounds like a band member who can keep time, and sometimes be on key because of playing and instrument, but has not received a lot of Voice training. A good comparison would be if Pete Townsend would have decided to be the sole Vocalist for the Who, instead of hiring a strong frontman. I never meant to be insulting, or hyper critical. If I would have seen you guys play the bar circuit I would have left impressed. Just that albums to me ascend music to a much higher international level of thinking. More people should be honest, these ass kissing comments on everyone who is ever posted is positive, but can also be pretty phony and misleading. To be honest, the Vocals are probably above average, but just not as impressive as the rest of the band's performance

@wombo Hola Wombo, Am glad you appreciate our music. Rock On,

Rick De Leon

@Gode Tonter Hola Gode, thank you for listening to the album or music off the album and also taking the time to critique. An opinion is like an ASS, everybody has one. Keep in mind there will always be those that like our music, and those that are indifferent or don't care. To help ease your pain, no one ever told me I was a vocalist and never told me I wasn't one. We worked with what we had and would have continued to work with it if we had stayed together as a band. My advice to you, if the vocals are so painful to listen to, you do have alternatives, 1. click on your mouse, 2. Use your touch screen or. 3. Use your remote and change the channel. I respond to all comments good or bad. People have choices. Peace

Gode Tonter

You guys really needed a singer desperately, the music is too normal working class boogie blues for my tastes, but it sounds like a cohesive unit. The Vocalist definitely has to go , whoever told him that he could carry a tune was a liar. The Vocals are painful to suffer through, no control, and he's got 0 phrasing ability

Roger Calixto! Parabéns por passar essas informações. Não conhecia esta excelente banda . Show de bola 👍👏👏. Não sei porque bandas assim não tem uma trajetória musical mais longas. Durar mais anos. Faltou o que mesmo?. Um pena ela não ir adiante .
