Toujours très cool à suivre !
Et puis, j'adore Legend ! Même si je sais que c'est un opus beaucoup jugé par les vieux fans car très linéaire (cela dit, toute la trilogie Legend/Anniversary/Underworld l'était en raison de la forte présence de plate-forme où il faut suivre les corniches, et même la trilogie suivante a des parties linéaires) et surtout facile, même si c'est un peu le même débat à chaque épisode depuis en fait... faut dire qu'il y a pas que Tomb Raider qui a réduit le challenge pour s'adapter au grand public.
Et puis, l'accessibilité a pas été un mal pour moi : enfant j'avais juste les TR 1 et 2 et j'étais pas allé bien loin, mais Legend m'a permis de faire un épisode en entier, et ça m'a motivé à refaire les deux premiers sérieusement puis de dévorer toute la série juste après. <3
Aussi, on juge beaucoup Zip et Alister dans cet opus, car trop présents et ça briserait la solitude.
Alors je dis pas, c'est vrai que commenter absolument tout, y compris les phases de plates-formes (Japon, Népal surtout), c'est pas forcément nécessaire. Et je reconnais que ça me saoule un peu que Zip te dise quoi faire comme un assisté quand on retrouve l'avion au Népal pour pas que celui-ci tombe alors qu'on est à la toute fin du jeu.
Mais en dehors de ces petits détails, ces deux personnages sont un très bon ajout avec du recul. Ca permet à l'histoire d'être plus présente, Lara peut parler du scénario et d'Histoire naturellement. Zip qui n'est pas calé Histoire justement est utile pour que les deux autres prennent le temps d'expliquer.
Je trouve ça tellement plus intéressant de voir Lara communiquer directement avec eux plutôt que ce qu'on a dans Underworld, où Lara cause toute seule en s'enregistrant.
Et faire en sorte que le scénario soit présent non stop dans les jeux d'aventure, bah... c'est devenu une norme un petit peu aujourd'hui. Et quand on regarde la dernière trilogie, Lara n'est peut pas en communication constante avec des collègues, mais c'est loin d'être rare de la voir causer avec d'autre via talkiewalkie. Et quand elle parle pas par talkiewalkie, elle jacte toute seule...
En dehors de ça... qu'il est bon ce jeu ! En terme d'environnement, il est super varié, encore plus qu'un TR3, et pour de la PS2 il est vraiment beau (la cascade au Ghana...).
Et ce jeu a fait un bien fou à la série en terme de jouabilité et de plate-forme, même si oui : c'est clairement inspiré des Prince of Persia PS2.
Et les combats sont vraiment funs dans cet épisode (surtout quand on compare le jeu précédent), même si le bullet time est peut être moins équilibré que dans les deux jeux suivants, vu qu'on peut en abuser facilement pour tuer des ennemis rapidement. En plus de ça, y a eu des efforts pour les boss.
Et pour l'histoire, j'ose le dire : je trouve que c'est l'opus le plus cool à suivre. Plus qu'AoD.
Bref, peut être pas le meilleur, mais je l'aime beaucoup cet épisode.
Sinon, pour ce qui est des suites d'AoD, j'ai le souvenir en lisant "L'histoire de Tomb Raider" qu'il y avait plusieurs versions pour l'histoire du second jeu, au moins d'eux.
Et que Kurtis avait, il me semble, un passé militaire dévoilé dans son spin-off.
Pour le deuxième film... autant j'aime vraiment bien le premier, plaisir coupable, autant le second je le trouve moins intéressant à regarder. Y a plus d'action, mais justement, j'ai le souvenir qu'il est plutôt bourrin.

Merci Rémi ! Faut dire que personnellement, la possibilité de rendre un Tomb Raider accessible m'avait séduit malgré qu'à ce moment là, j'avais terminé les 6 précédents. C'est surtout pour mieux partager ma passion pour Tomb Raider que ce virage m'a bien plu. Beaucoup de personnes de mon entourage étaient réfractaires aux premiers jeux, ça n'allait pas plus loin que le premier niveau ou juste le manoir... Dommage quand on découvre les destinations incroyables de chaque opus (Bon, certains un peu moins, j'avoue...)
Effectivement, niveau destinations, Legend est mon préféré à ce niveau, on voyage tellement et le jeu était tellement beau pour son époque... (d'ailleurs, les critiques pour les graphismes de la version PSP, je les trouve carrément dures objectivement...)
Zip et Allister ne m'ont pas vraiment dérangé en soi, mais leur absence oui pour Underworld... ça les rendait beaucoup moins présents du coup, on s'attache moins à eux et d'ailleurs un comble quand on sait ce qui arrive à l'un d'entre eux...
Mais après ça rendait le jeu vraiment court... dommage...
Pour AoD oui, il y avait un passé militaire pour Kurtis... enfin, c'était censé être dans l'ange des ténèbres. Les coupes avaient enlevées pas mal de background sur Kurtis, Eckhardt et pire, Lara aussi... c'est tellement maigre ce que l'on a sur sa survie en Egypte.
C'est le contraire pour moi pour les films mais faut dire que je les ai découverts dans le désordre xD
Le fait qu'on voyage dans le second opus, les musiques de Silvestri... par contre... les effets spéciaux... beaucoup font tâche et c'était déjà le cas à l'époque :-/
