D-Force Lyrics

You spit that trash up on me
I'm dodgin' sticks and stones
You fly off at the handle
You crash like Dow Jones
Unstoppable
Beats like bubble wrap
Pop pop poppable
Ya ain't got it, Well then you want it
Yes we got it, Yeah we flaunt it
Oh so dope
Y'all know what I'm sayin'
Oh oh so dope
Son you know I ain't playin'
Can ya feel it, feel it
Ears drums gettin' love, can ya feel it
Can ya feel it, feel it
I feel, you feel, make a big deal of it
Hey, yeah, feel it
Hey, yeah, feel it
Hey, yeah, can ya feel it
I feel, you feel, make a big deal of it
You're powers are useless
You're bark and, no bite
Your Haterade is pourin'
It tastes like Krypto-Light
Name-droppable
Non-stoppable
Script flipped so hard
That I'm now unstoppable
Ya ain't got it, Well then you want it
Yes we got it, Yeah we flaunt it
Oh so dope
Y'all know what I'm sayin'
Oh so dope
Uh-uh, I ain't playin'
Can ya feel it, feel it
Ears drums gettin' love, can ya feel it
Make 'em feel it, feel it
I feel, you feel, make a big deal of it
Hey, yeah, feel it
Hey, yeah, feel it
Hey, yeah, can ya feel it
I feel, you feel, make a big deal of it
Hey, worldwide, southside
Uh, worldwide, uh, uh, southside
I'm the number one gun son
Bullets come down in da millions
I'm blowin' up like Bubble Yum
All the way from Tokyo to London, yeah
Can ya feel it, feel it
Ear drums gettin' love, can ya feel it
Can ya feel it, feel it
I feel, you feel, make a big deal of it
Hey, yeah, can ya feel it
Hey, yeah, feel it
Hey, yeah, can ya feel it
I feel, you feel, make a big deal of it
The lyrics of D-Force's song "Can You Feel It" convey a sense of confidence and empowerment. The opening lines depict the singer being targeted with insults and negativity ("You spit that trash up on me, I'm dodgin' sticks and stones"). However, the singer remains unaffected and resilient, comparing their ability to withstand criticism to the stability of the stock market ("You fly off at the handle, You crash like Dow Jones"). This metaphor suggests that the singer's self-esteem is unwavering and cannot be easily shaken.
The chorus is a call to action, inviting listeners to embrace and acknowledge their own internal power ("Can ya feel it, feel it, Ears drums gettin' love, can ya feel it"). The repetition of the phrase "Can ya feel it" emphasizes the importance of recognizing and celebrating one's individuality, urging others to make a big deal out of their own uniqueness.
The second verse continues with a dismissive attitude towards those who try to bring the singer down ("Your powers are useless, You're bark and, no bite"). The term "Haterade" is used to describe the negativity or jealousy these individuals possess, likening it to a cheap, artificial drink ("It tastes like Krypto-Light"). The singer asserts their own strength and resilience, suggesting that their capabilities are widely known and acknowledged ("Script flipped so hard, That I'm now unstoppable").
The bridge section introduces a sense of geographic pride and global success, highlighting the singer's rise to fame around the world ("I'm the number one gun son, Bullets come down in da millions, I'm blowin' up like Bubble Yum, All the way from Tokyo to London"). This further reinforces the theme of empowerment and celebration of one's achievements.
Overall, "Can You Feel It" serves as an anthem of self-assurance, encouraging listeners to embrace their individuality and take pride in their accomplishments.

This is a very good explanation - easy to follow. Congrats. I do this slightly differently though:
- Hide Figure and set Viewport to Front, Left or Top View. (more consistent selection without perspective) Switch viewport draw style to Wireframe.
- Scene Graph: Select Hair Node -> Geometry Editor Tool -> (viewport context menu) Selection Mode: Lasso
- Select with lasso what not to dForce
- Switch to Weight Map Brush Tool and select the dForce Modifier Weight Node
- In the Tool Settings Pane: tick Respect Selection
- Viewport context Menu: Weight Editing -> Fill Selected -> 0%
- Optional: Viewport context Menu: Geometry Selection -> Invert Selection
- Optional: In the Tool Settings Pane: activate Directional Gradient Mode for the weight brush.
- Optional: Viewport context Menu: Gradient Handles -> 3 Handles
- Optional: Place the gradient to my liking form a small ease in zone if the geometry density allows it and hit Apply Gradient in the Tool Settings Pane.
... more steps but in my opinion way quicker and less fiddly than the weight brush. I used the Gradient Tool in a recently uploaded Video on my channel for a dFormer influence field to make a helmet's strap adaptive. Different feature same technique.

If you add a smoothing modifier you will get collision too, in the mesh smoother ( parameters ) you can set collision item and iterations

Thanks! So is that it? Is that how you get the hair to lay upon the character? I'll try it. I spent all week trying everything I could think of to make it work, but didn't change the smoothing modifier!
Mark Cunningham
@NotFrom ThisWorld should work, it's Daz lol, but yh, if you add smoothing modifier, you can add your character as a collision item
Mark Cunningham
@NotFrom ThisWorld I was wondering, could you do a video on using clothing morphs on other clothes, like lifting the bottom of a shirt up etc, on a shirt that has no movement morphs, I saw one a while ago, but no clue where or when
NotFrom ThisWorld
@Mark Cunningham It does work, the smoothing modifier allows you to collide the hair with the character! I'll make a quick follow up video explaining this, thank you!!!
NotFrom ThisWorld
@Mark Cunningham There are a couple ways you can do this! I think the easiest would be if you had the add-on Mesh Grabber... The other way is with D-former. I've got tutorials on both coming up in the future.

When the cursor disappeared you can choose something else in the scene then select back and it must appears. Also you can hide some parts to paint more comfortable.

Thanks! I've tried clicking on other objects but sometimes that doesn't work either, what a weird glitch!
