A long long time ago
in a forest not too far from here,
a brave band of Indians
relinquished all qualms and fears
for what they had seen
arising from the depths
of Grand Olโ Lake Millersville
brought a warmness to their chests.
As our three brave demigods
started on their quest
to put an end to crappy music
and put indies to the test,
a ghetto stood in front of them
he counted to three
but our champions just laughed
and Nate, he took a pee.
Shortly after this
the locals, they did sing
what a grand thing D-Unit is
and wont they be their king.
"No", said they in a kindly way,
"Please go and rule yourselves.
We need to voyage onward
and make this land green and well".
D-Unit the strong;
D-Unit the brave.
Working for the common man
and freeing all the slaves.
D-Unit the wise;
D-Unit the fair
Making emos happy
and pulling gothics from their lairs.

D-UNIT (๋์ ๋) is a South Korean female trio formed by D-Business Entertainment. The group first promoted as a trio, however the groups concept includes the addition of a new member with every promotion cycle (This was not the case for their debut to Luv Me, as the group said it was more of a continuation rather than a fresh comeback). The group debuted with a full-length album, featuring the title track "Iโm Missinโ You" on August 1, 2012.[1] This was followed by their debut stage on August 2, 2012 on M!Countdown!

Niggas gon
Show me love
Every function
That I be
Know the gs
Fuck wit me
Every city that I go
Show me love
Every function
That I be
Know the hoes
Fuck wit me
Yeah
Slidin on these niggas like I'm post to
Like a real Midwest coaster
Never been a bragger or a boaster
So believe none of what niggas say in they songs and half of the shit they post up
You can't box a nigga in I'm too claustrophobic
Shit I'm sparkin got me coughing like we caught the covid
Me and Benny Banks pull up on them deuce deuces
And we still screaming fuck JW Lucas
Wit a passion
See ya I'm spazzin
Catch you on the strip out in Vegas I'm mashin
Millionaire drip lil baby I'm splashin
It's on me when you see me baby I'm cashing
Let a fuck nigga play crazy I'm flashin
And every song that you hear me on know I'm spazzin
Broke Millionaire fuck em wit the fashion
Wanna know how they feel you can ask em
Every city that I go
Niggas gon
Show me love
Every function
That I be
Know the gs
Fuck wit me
Every city that I go
Bitches gon
Show me love
Every function
That I be
Know the hoes
Fuck wit me
Yeah
The lyrics to D-Unit's "Luv Me" describe the rapper's experience of being respected and admired in every city or function that they attend. The song speaks to their reputation as someone who is both relevant and talented as an artist. They describe how men and women alike show them love at every event they attend. It is clear in the lyrics that to them, genuine respect and admiration from their peers matter more than material possessions or the opinions of others.
D-Unit also touches on their pride in being from the Midwest. They reference how they slide on people like a real Midwest coaster, and that they have never been the type of person to brag or boast about their accomplishments. The lyrics also seem to be a callout to JW Lucas, a producer who has been criticized for his insensitive remarks about the Black Lives Matter movement. D-Unit and Benny Banks declare their animosity towards Lucas, and it is clear that this is more than just a simple feud. D-Unit describes their passion and how they are ready to come for anyone who tries to box them in.
Overall, "Luv Me" is a portrayal of D-Unit's confidence, and pride in their talents and reputation. It showcases their resilience and how they will not be boxed into a particular category or mold. They appreciate the love and affection they receive from their fans and peers, but the lyrics suggest that they are motivated by an inner drive to succeed and remain relevant in the music industry.
