Extensive touring in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and the UK lays the foundation for what is predicted to be a long and successful music career.
With her crystal voice, ranging from raw and powerful to intimate and soft, Dagny describes her music as an “emotional rollercoaster” with playful peaks and melancholic drops, “just as life itself” she says. this song hits me so hard. i have had trouble opening up to people in the past, and i surprised myself when i finally did open up to my boyfriend and told him how hard i struggled in the past several years with myself. i closed myself off to even my closest friends. it was at a point where they didnt even know who i even was, but they still considered me a friend. i was so scared of who i was and who i was becoming and shut everyone out. but then i realized that i wasn't helping anyone, much less myself. and the first person who i told myself about was my first boyfriend. he made me believe that it was okay to want to love someone, to want a family, to want to live, and to want a future. he kept feeding me these images of us being happy when we were old and wrinkled. i was so closed off to this idea but after a while, i found myself thinking "i do want to be alive for these things. i want to feel loved forever." but then when i started accepting this picture he fed me, he decided that i was too much to deal with and told me he didnt want these things with me anymore. he didnt want to see me anymore. touch me anymore. talk with me anymore. but i want nothing more than to be loved again. being kissed. being embraced. being myself. i got used to being loved and when he didnt want that anymore, all he left me with is this feeling of empty loneliness.

Stay strong. Maybe he left you because he doesn't feel the same way either. He's an asshole and stupid to think that. He left an amazing girl that's worth keeping. I know exactly how you felt towards to seeking affection upon others because I've been through those moments. Technically, you need to realize that you don't need others to be loved, you just gotta love yourself. It's hard, I know because 'what for'? It's for you and yourself because no one's going to love someone first without loving that someone who they'll love.
