Since then, Dansonn had become an avid listener to underground rap, with favorites such as Jedi Mind Tricks, Army of the Pharaohs, among many others. Over time, Dansonn became increasingly intrigued by the instrumentals of songs, rather than solely the lyrics. His interest in the instrumentals led him to Shadowville Productions, a music production and licensing business, which sparked his career.
Dansonn was instantly hooked by the variety of beats of Shadowville Productions, and realized producing was something he would want to do. So at the start of 2009, Dansonn embarked on his endeavor. Though he had a rocky start, Dansonn slowly began creating smoother, more fluid beats, developing the unique style he has today.
