The number you have tiled is not (...) at this time
Feel the impact
Of my overdose
Oh, oh
Oh, oh
Dose
Oh oh oh oh oh
Overdose
Oh, oh

Over over overdose

Overall Meaning

The lyrics to Datsik's song "Overdose (original mix)" seem to refer to the experience of taking a dangerous amount of drugs or substances, as suggested by the phrase "feel the impact of my overdose." The repetition of the word "dose" throughout the song also reinforces this interpretation, as does the repeated use of the word "overdose." The line "the number you have tiled is not (...) at this time" may refer to a telephone message or automated response, which could suggest a feeling of disconnection or isolation.

Overall, the lyrics seem to be describing a state of being overwhelmed or overpowered by some kind of substance or addiction. The repetition of the word "oh" in the chorus may suggest a kind of trance-like state or loss of control, as the singer experiences the intense effects of their overdose.

by far one of my favorite dub artists

Looking back, this had to be one of his most involved songs to make. The transformer part alone is the most technical one I might have ever heard and he switches between a lot of sounds quicker than most dubstep of this time. The fades are better than he's ever done.
