listening to this song makes me cry because this made me remember the times when this first uploaded. I was 19, and just started college and living my happiest life just entering into my 20s, and then things starting plummeting down, especially it gets harder as you get older. Being 28, learning more to be happy rather than aiming what you want has become more of an understatement. Ive had regrets, and coming back here to relive my late teenage/ early 20s memories when I was truly happy and worry free that it makes me just grateful that it happened. I thank David Choi for that.

I was recently serving in Syria and was caught up in a three way crossfire between us peacekeepers, the rebel forces, and the governing alliance. It was a really bloody day...quite literally a scene out of a Hollywood studio though. In the midst of battle when all was grim and ready to die, I don't know where it came from, but someone had blown this song up louder than the constant barrage of exploding bullets we were dodging. Half way through this song, the four corners of that hellish intersection went silent - as if, as if they understood English? Anyways, as soon as the song ended, in a last ditch effort to survive or to just get the hec out of there, the remaining eight in our company uncoordinatingly yet simultaneously rose up together and in one fell swoop, cleared out the whole damn section of both rebel and alliance. To this day, I truly believe that it was this song that saved us. This song was the unsung, scratch that, the one song that "sung"us the battlecry for victory. I confirmed it with the surviving company afterwards, that when all seemed lost, it was this song that had individually pulled each of us out of despair and ignited an undying hope of seeing our beloved once again. The courage and strength it inspired within us, allowed us this second chance at life. We've all retired from thew war zone since. We're all extremely grateful and very thankful of your song. We're now big fans, and hope that you'd continue to make great inspirational songs for this world to enjoy. From the bottom of my heart, thank you kindly again.
