1) Do or Die is an American rap trio originally from Chicago, Illinois. The group experienced mainstream success with the single "Po Pimp", a collaboration with fellow Chicago rapper, Twista, off the album Picture This, that peaked at #22 on the Billboard Hot 100. Group members are Belo Zero, N.A.R.D. (Niggas Ain't Ready to Die) and AK-47. Belo Zero was a late addition to the group w/ Psycho Drama member Young Buk being an original member. Young Buk never recorded any material w/ the group and Belo Zero was later added to the roster. The trio has sold more than 3 million albums. Alongside Crucial Conflict, another Chicago group with a similar vocal and lyrical style, they helped launch the city's first national hip hop movement.
2) Do Or Die is a Belgian Metal band. They have always been a live band. Formed in 1999 and led by their founder/singer Chris, DO OR DIE always felt comfortable on stage, no matter if it was at the big European festivals, opening for bands such as Hatebreed, Agnostic Front, ProPain and Biohazard or in front of 100 kids in a club, they always put out the same energy as if it was their first show. After the first 7 inch EP "Tears of Rage" (500 copies sold in less than a month) got released, they immediately started playing shows non-stop all over Benelux and France. Their first full length "Heart Full of Pain" came out in 2001 on I Scream Records. More shows/tours followed and they also recorded their second record, "The Meaning of Honor", in the same year, which was released in early 2002.
DO OR DIE then faced a tough period in their career. Half of the band decided to quit in 2003 because of a conflict between their personal lives and the exhausting touring attached to being in DO OR DIE. 2004 saw them return with a new line-up and the loudest comeback imaginable, when they played Pressure Fest, Graspop and Fury Fest on the same weekend. "Tradition" got recorded around that time too and was released in 2005, marking their first effort for Alveran Records and the start of their cooperation with M.A.D. Tourbooking, both of which opened the doors to Germany for the band. One of the guitarists left the band in the same year, but the rest of DO OR DIE, already familiar with throwbacks, were not willing to put it down and continued promoting "Tradition" across Germany, Holland, Poland, Sweden, and well known festivals like the Dour Fest, Pressure Fest, With Full Force and even the Superbowl of Hardcore in New York while at the same time writing songs for a new record.
Come 2008, the new album is all wrapped up, carries the title "Pray for Them" and is scheduled for a release on May 23rd. This record marks a new start for the band with a new face and new strength but still holding on to the roots of the previous releases. Do Or Die are back and determined to take back the crown of European Hardcore - 2008 will see the band touring non-stop with "Pray For Them" in their luggage set to destroy every stage they will enter.
3) Do Or Die is a bay area g-rap group from San Francisco, CA.
4) Do Or Die were a christian pop-punk band from North Shore, Auckland NZ. They played numerous shows and won a competition to record and release a single, however it was never fully completed and instead only a test pressing was released. They had a very short-lived career, lasting only a year or two. Members moved on to play in Scenic Drive, Bright Lights, xSunday Schoolx and Alaska.

Now when you hear this song you know it's on babygirl
When you hear this song you know it's on
When you hear this song you know it's on
I swear your loving got me so high I'm gone
Me and you babygirl like best friends
On I-55 you and I
Let's ride hit the motion
Some say she freaky freaky
Let me guess your lidro needa
I'm hittin' through the back and curves
Hell, they sell the herb
Now open up your mind to this concept
Then you take one step
Straight from the feelin' of a wordsmith
That's the herb shit
Up on my 22 spins
In my baby blue benz
Girls say dat boys ben actin up
But that's the way he is
You lookin' good when you steppin' out a centerfold
Tell me when I reach a pen to hold
Let me hit you wit this dime in the street game
Let a motherfucker go yeah you know it
So now let me sugarcoat it
It's like I'm on that tight herb
And when I pull t the curb it's like, it's like
Your my latest, and my greatest
My latest, my greatest
Your my latest, and my greatest
My latest, my greatest
When I'm layin' in the back of my 745
With my lips on you
Spittin' good game
With the hustler grain
Gettin' brained like a hustler should
Hustler would
And you know when I hear the stuff
I'm still tryin' to hear this love what that do
It's like that baby when I mix it up baby gurl you just got me sprung
What that do
Oh yes she's one of the best
As I touch this is past tense I'm hurtin'
Lurkin' searchin' for the virgin
But when my babygurl it's workin'
Let me know what's that you smokin'
From the hands as I stick my tongue in
Then from the back but she want an autograph
But still we sexin'
Open back up last time
As I spit a little dough in my mind
She just like one of a kind
No see's no stand in her hind
She's just like me rappin' a line
Perfect let me drop in a dime
I'm on a roll again
I'm bought to blow again
Your my latest, and my greatest
My latest, my greatest
Your my latest, and my greatest
My latest, my greatest
Just keep on liftin' me up yeah
Higher
(Do or Die and Kanye)
No need to take another puff
(Choir)
Higher
(Do or Die and Kanye)
'Cause your love has got me high enough
No, No, No,No, No, No
(overlappig Choir and Do or die)
Just keep on Lifting me up yeah
Higher
(Do or Die and Kanye)
No need to take another puff
(Choir)
Higher
(Do or Die and Kanye)
'Cause your love has got me high enough
No, No, No,No, No, No
Just keep on Lifting me up yeah
The song "Higher" by Do or Die, featuring Kanye West, is a track that talks about the feeling of being lifted up in love. It starts with Kanye West's voice on the hook, setting the tone, and the first verse is delivered by a member of the group. The song talks about the romantic relationship the artist has with a girl that he refers to as his "baby girl." The artist portrays their relationship as a friendship as well as a romantic partnership, saying they are "like best friends." He talks about how he wants to have sex with her while driving on I-55, and mentions that she's "freaky-freaky," indicating that they are both sexually adventurous. The artist then mentions weed, saying that he is high on it. The chorus repeats the song's main message that the love the artist shares with his baby girl has lifted him high.
The second verse picks up where the first left off, with the artist saying that he's riding in his car with his girl, reveling in their relationship. He talks about spitting "good game" in the back of his 745, which could mean that he's talking about talking about love to his girl, or possibly talking to someone else about his girl. He says he's getting "brained," which could mean a number of things, including getting high, being intellectually stimulated, or receiving oral sex. The verse ends with the artist saying he's still trying to "hear" the love.
The song then goes back into the chorus, with the choir singing, "Higher" and the artist repeating the lines about the girl lifting him up. The song continues in this format for the remainder of the track, with Kanye West's voice coming in every once in a while to punctuate the chorus.
Overall, the song seems to be about the feeling of being lifted up by love. The artist is ecstatic about his relationship with his baby girl and wants to share that feeling with the world. He uses the metaphor of being high to describe the feeling of love, perhaps implying that the feeling is as intoxicating as getting high.
