It's a loss for me, unless he's deceiving us about the seriousness of his condition

I twerk on his body convulsing and blue
I dance on his convulsing and pale body, making light of the situation

And then I walk into the kitchen and grab some fruit
Nonchalantly, I proceed to the kitchen to get some fruit

What is your problem? All I want is to eat some food

But every time that I see you, there's an elephant in the room
Whenever I encounter you, it becomes painfully obvious that something is wrong

I'm extremely famished, and your presence is adding to my discomfort

I'm becoming real grumpy and your body is smelling real funky
