No Time
Dr. Detox Lyrics

Don't shed no tears
I'll tell you why
Christmas Ain't no Time to Cry
Stop the flow
Let's go out in the snow
Cold winds are nigh
Why do you weep
Why can't you sleep
Why tell me why
cause Christmas ain't no time to cry
No Christmas offers hope
So let's spread some Christmas cheer
Dry your eyes
C'mon
Christmas ain't no time to cry
Why do you weep
Why can't you sleep
Tell me why
Tell me why
Christmas
Christmas ain't no time
Ain't no time to cry
Ain't no time to cry
In Dr. Detox's song "No Time," the lyrics convey a message of hope and positivity during the Christmas season. The opening lines, "Dry those eyes, don't shed no tears," suggest an encouragement to overcome sadness and find joy. The repetition of the phrase "Christmas Ain't no Time to Cry" emphasizes the belief that Christmas is a time for celebration rather than sorrow.
The lyrics urge the listener to stop dwelling on negative emotions and embrace the festive spirit. The line "Let's go out in the snow, cold winds are nigh" signifies the importance of enjoying the present moment despite the challenging weather conditions. It implies that even in difficult times, Christmas brings an opportunity to experience joy and unity.
The questions posed in the verse "Why do you weep, why can't you sleep" encourage introspection and reflection on the reasons behind one's sadness. The repeated appeal to know why emphasizes the contrast between the season of Christmas and feelings of despair. The lyrics reinforce the idea that Christmas holds the promise of hope, and crying or feeling down contradicts the uplifting nature of the holiday season.

@yvng bhrazyy you are looking at "detox" and dieting the wrong way
You dont stack goodness in your body
But you do stack toxins.
Your goal is to have a healthy eating habit where you can eat fast food when you want but most of your food intake is healthy, its a lifetime change
If you want to detox
Dont eat for 18 -24 hours
You liver will do the work
@ShandaMichelle1
Just to add, some medications can damage the liver even when taken correctly.
Additionally, something that rarely spoken of is the reality of how much our environment impacts our health and the hidden toxic mold epidemic!
This is good basic info, but no matter how clean your diet is and how often your exercise if you are exposed to mycotoxins then you need a true detoxification program that included opening lower pathways by supporting the liver, kidneys and colon and then by slowly adding binders and products like NAC and liposomal glutathione just to name the basics.
I hope this helpful for anyone who is seeking a starting point on how to detoxify their body.
Note: Infrared saunas are incredibly helpful and some good resources are the book Toxic by Nathan Neil and Dr. Pompaās True Cellular Healing and the BetterHealth Guy channel here on YouTube.
@genericeric0102
I was amazed what a well balanced whole foods plant-based diet done for my health. But I won't call it a cleanse, I called it food and I got my health back.
@nguyenthanhdat93
Hi Eric, would you like to share how your diet change improved your health?
@tatianamgibson
Me too! I feel so much more energized eating plant based whole foods that are recognizable as food, not a processed blob š¤£

@lisahunstock4005
Thank you for creating awareness on that topic. I wish more people would make the same effort on establishing a balanced diet as they do to learn about detox.

Yes true! People want the easy way out

detox is far more important than a balanced diet. "Balanced diet is a myth" that has no real meaning. There is no "balance", Koalas eat nothing but eucalyptus leaves, because that is their diet. Every animal eats what it is supposed to eat. if you eat what you are MEANT TO (ie. refined sugar, or complex sugars aka human food) then you will "cleanse".
Cleansing just means removing 99% of foods that were not designed for humans (eg meats, animal products etc).
