Drake addresses people claiming he cannot rap like his “old self” referring to his older projects such as Thank Me Later and Nothing Was the Same and other fan-favorites that gave Drake fame, and ever his latest album, For All The Dogs, which he stressed “the Old Drake” would be present. Many fans disagreed and felt otherwise and felt as if the album didn’t deliver up to par compared to past Drake projects. Drake addresses his thoughts and feelings through this track to those who seem to scrutinize him and what he feels are problems such as women who sell their bodies online, “fake gangsters” who flaunt weapons online, being out of touch with reality, etc.
