Not Ghanaian but as I understand it the lyrics are a Fante nursery rhyme about a gentleman frog.

Quote from Ebo himself: “it narrates the story of atwer abroba taking a walk. He comes around a corner and is confronted by an intruder, who asks him whether he has a handkerchief - a symbol of a gentleman in Africa- so he says, ‘I have so many handkerchiefs’ and then keeps going”

The “Kro ..me Kro ...me” is imitating the sound of his shoes, but also slyly suggests a frog call.

I can’t find a full transcription but found at least the first part of the nursery rhyme which you can see matches jewel ackahs vocals:

Atwɛr aborɔba bi, Ɔse ɔrekɛpasar.
Na ɔrokɔ no,
Ne nyɛnko bisaa n’ dɛ: ‘Ewɔ hankeste a?
Ɔse ‘Ewuraba gyaa Ewuraba gyaa
Ewuraba gyaa.
Dza mowɔ no wɔ ha mpo Ɔdɔɔ sõ do dodow’.
Krɔ mee, Krɔ mee!
Emi na morokɔ no,
Krɔ mee, Krɔ mee!
Emi na morokɔ no
