Midas Touch; your vibe is Africa's very own
"Konkonsa Police" is a song by the late Ghanaian artist Ebony. The song was produced by Rufftown Records and Midas Touch. The song is an Afrobeat-centered track that revolves around the issue of gossip and hearsay. Ebony confesses that people's problems are her problems and vice versa. She suggests that some people talk too much, feeding others with untrue and senseless statements. She expresses that she does not care about these false statements as she is both physically and spiritually fit.
The song is a typical Ghanaian Afrobeat style that is fused with dancehall and reggae. The mix of these different genres and styles is what makes the song unique from the rest. The lyrics of the song have a simple yet catchy chorus that is easy to sing along with. Ebony's raw and energetic voice adds flavor to the song, making it an enjoyable listen.
