Now this is the meanin of a Bug-A-Boo
I will now explain what a Bug-A-Boo is

It's a person who's constantly BUGGIN YOU
A Bug-A-Boo is someone who is always bothering you

Never givin you no room TO BREATHE
They never give you space or leave you alone

They cling on to you like clothing that has sleeves

A person that constantly wants to be around you
They are always trying to be by your side

If you was a plant, they'd be continuously waterin you
They would be constantly bothering you, similar to how you would water a plant

They are perspiring your energy with their presence

Comparing them to bed sheets which wrap and suffocate you

Always on you, and wrapped around you
Their attention is constantly being directed towards you and they won't let go

As if you were lost, and they just found you
They are treating you as if you are lost and need their help, but in reality, you don't

They never get the picture
They don't understand that you don't want them around

No matter how many times you diss 'em, they still want to get witcha
Even after you turn them down or try to avoid them, they still won't leave you alone

They constantly call and won't let you have any peace

A Bug-A-Boo's just like a fly..
They are similar to a fly, a pesky insect

Nothing but a pest, and I suggest
They are a big annoyance, and the singer suggests you should avoid them

She's suggesting that she doesn't even respect him enough to call him by his name

Now everybody knows a Bug-A-Boo or was a Bug-A-Boo
The singer suggests that everyone knows someone or has experienced being bugged by someone before
