I had to let go of harmful habits and negative influences in my life.

I realized that my sinful lifestyle wasn't fulfilling and wasn't the path I wanted to continue on.

I was walking dead
Before turning to God, my life felt empty and without purpose.

But now I'm walking free & redeemed
Since finding God and changing my ways, I feel liberated and redeemed from my past mistakes.

What the world had to offer
I realized that the worldly pleasures and temptations weren't fulfilling me the way that I thought they would.

Just wasn't my speed
I realized that my true calling in life is not aligned with what the world has to offer.

Lost soul
I felt lost and unsure of my place in the world.

No hope
I had no hope for my future and was struggling to find my purpose.

I was so broke
I was emotionally and spiritually broken before finding God.

God came
God entered my life and changed me for the better.

And reclaimed
God saved me from my previous lifestyle and reclaimed me as a child of God.

What the devil stole
The devil had a hold on me before, but God saved me from his grasp.

It's easier to trip up
It's easy to fall into temptation and sin when you're always on the go and not grounded in your faith.

When you're always on the go
When you're constantly moving and not taking time to reflect, it's easy to lose sight of your values.

I had to learn how to be still
I had to learn to slow down and be present in my life to deepen my relationship with God and avoid temptation.

Cause running empty ain't no joke
It's not a joke or something to be taken lightly when you feel empty and purposeless in life.

When I lose my way along the road
When I stray from my faith or lose sight of my values, God is always there to help guide me back to the right path.

He always seems to come
God is always there to help and support me when I need Him most.

To get me right back on
God helps me get back on track and realign with my values and faith.

And I'm glad He does
I'm grateful for God's constant presence and guidance in my life.

Cause I can't do this on my own
I need God's help and support to stay true to my values and faith.

Everything I have
All of the good things in my life come from God's blessings.
