Musically, the band fluctuates somewhere between dark electro and future pop, being also quite open to venturing in other directions of electronic style and integrating this skillfully into its sound outfit. Especially catchiness and cool harmony are the focus of Eisfabrik.
Since this is an overall artisticconcept, the visual factor also plays a big role. Thus, numerous individual effects and show acts become important during live performances. During the performances, the band plays with innovative lighting effects on stage as well as on the protagonists themselves. When an approximately 7.5-foot-tall robot or yeti storms the stage while the band is giving their best or, as mentioned above, it begins to snow during the performance, all of that is also part of the current program, as is the band’s name that is distributed in DMX mode over the entire stage.
The debut album „When Winter Comes“ and the single release „Ice Crystal“ have already celebrated several voting chart successes such as at the DAC and GEWC, which means that the way has already been paved for the following album „Eisplanet“ („ice planet“) with the single „Maschinen“ („machines“) pre-released for the clubs.
Shadows

I used to pray my god at night
But now he sold me for good
I see my world falling in pieces
Our land is frozen
We breathe the cold air of the end
Hopes of salvation & blinding lights
Shadows
We're nothing but shadows
Shadows
We chase the light
And we fall into the darkside
I used to deny
I used to say that all was fine
But now I can see
The vanity of our victories
Shadows
We're nothing but shadows
Shadows
We chase the light
And we fall into the darkside
Our land is frozen
There are no excuse or apologies
We're victim & perpetrators
Who chose our very last day
Shadows
We're nothing but shadows
Shadows
We chase the light
And we fall into the darkside
The song Shadows by Eisfabrik talks about the loss of faith and hope in a world that is falling apart. The singer used to believe and pray to God, but feels abandoned and sold out. The world around them is frozen, and everything is fading away. They used to deny that anything was wrong, but now they can see the vanity of their victories. The singer feels that they and the rest of humanity are nothing but shadows, chasing after the light, and ultimately falling into the dark side. The final lines suggest that there is no excuse or apology for the state of the world, and that humanity has chosen its last day.
The lyrics of Shadows are filled with vivid imagery and raw emotion. The song reflects a sense of despair and hopelessness, as the singer sees the world crumbling around them. The metaphors of frozen land, fading light, and chasing shadows paint a powerful picture of a world on the brink of destruction.
