At a very young age Steven fell in love with melodic trancemusic inspired by the summer. Hearing music from compilations as “In Search Of Sunrise” by Tiesto, made him want to create this kind of music also. His producing skills were improving and early 2006 the wish to get his own music out in the world became reality.
His dream debute came with the release of his Stella EP. This record, released by Enhanced Recordings, was picked up by the biggest DJ’s in the world such as Armin van Buuren. This encouraged Steven to keep on doing his thing in music. From that day on he was determined to show the world his creativeness in music.
It was early 2008 when Tiesto got his hands on Estiva’s collaboration with his friend Marninx ‘Casa Grande’. A dream came true when Tiesto decided to put this track on “In Search of Sunrise 7″.
With his latest Strawberry Fields EP getting the likes of number one dj Armin van Buuren, Tiesto and Ferry Corsten the succes story continues.

To be completely fair, I don't think this is necessarily a bad song. The problem lies with Estiva fans knowing he can do so much better! We understand he's trying to reach a new audience, but along with that comes losing a piece of the long time audience. It's his decision to make. Besides, I highly doubt EVERYTHING he makes from now on will sound like this.

Estiva, I will always support you, produce the style you want. Exploring new genres is always good! Don´t listen to those fake fans who disliked this just because it´s not trance. Progressive house can also have emotions and I can actually feel them in this song! Incredibly amazing tune! Keep it up! :)

The kind of people who dislike this song are all the same - Estiva fans who are bitter about him venturing into a more EDM style. Estiva's given some unbelievable progressive trance tracks to his fans over the years, but they've still only been for a niche audience. I don't see what's wrong with him experimenting with some bigger dance songs such as this, which target a wider audience. As long as he still keeps producing the melodic trance songs that long-term fans have loved so much, us fans should support him rather than spamming songs like this with dislikes.
