Again, people who say that don't realize that there once was a world WITHOUT "Incesticide"! This album came out in december 92, and "Rough Tapes", "Before We Even Minded" and other bootlegs had come out months prior when "Nevermind" became a worldwide hit. Therefore, "Rough Tapes" had a value at the time because most of the material was still unreleased or not easy to find everywhere back then. The songs were obviously sourced from cassettes.

Yeah, the Lithium demo is a legit demo from the Smart Studios session. You can find it (in much better quality) on Disc 2 of the 20th Anniversary Edition of Nevermind.

A lot of bootlegs are that sadly. The Lithium track fromthis album is actually one I haven't heard anywhere else.

No dude I swear. I got this disc from a friend. It was one of the bootlegs from the 90's. I did notice that some of tracks, like this one, just sound like poor quality studio recordings and some of the tracks genuinely sound like separate tracks which were bootlegged.
