I've been suppressing my creative expression for an extended period of time, and it's time to unleash my pent up artistic talent.

Let it go and unleash the fury of my old school flow.
I'm going to let loose and showcase my classic style of rap delivery.

I'm no superstar more like a John Doe.
I'm not a famous celebrity, more like an average person.

But I'm badder then the water down in Mexico.
Despite not being famous, my rap skills are superior and noteworthy.

Oh no, a rock n' roller man who's not allowed to be rap.
People may be surprised that a rock musician has decided to venture into the rap genre.

But I write what I like and I like the boom bap.
Regardless of the genre, I create music that I enjoy and that is true to myself.

The rhyme's in the front and the beat's in the back
In my music, the lyrics take priority over the instrumental background.

A trunk full of funk and a page full of fact.
My music combines groovy funk and truthful content to make an impact.

Right about now I'd like to hear everyone say.
At this moment, I want to hear an affirmation of unity and determination from my listeners.

Yes o yes we shall overcome.
Together, we will conquer and prevail over any obstacles we face.

My fans got a job,
My supporters have a responsibility to help accomplish our shared goal.

Are we gonna get it done?
Will we succeed?

I can't be shy I've gotta come with it.
I can't hold back or be afraid to express myself, I must give it my all.

No fear here! I Sing and bring it.
I am fearless and bold, I will deliver my music with confidence.

In Christ you've got no right livin' timid.
Being a follower of Christ means living boldly and without fear.

He's light in the dark and hope for the wicked.
God illuminates our paths and offers hope even in the darkest of situations.

There's a land of the dead called planet earth
Humanity is spiritually dead and separated from God.

And a race called man walks dead from birth
All humans are born into spiritual death and need salvation.

And the beast and man both bear the curse.
Both humans and animals live under the curse of sin and death.

Come from the womb but retrun to dirt.
Humans are born and ultimately will return to the ground in death.

Here's what I do I hope I get through.
I hope my message and music resonate with my audience.

So cling to what's true and tell the world too.
Hold onto what is right and share it with others.

Cause some live in fear, oppression from peers.
Many people live in fear and are influenced negatively by their surroundings.

These kids smoke weed, these kids that drink beers
Some individuals turn to vices like drugs and alcohol to cope with their struggles.

Who don't want to hear what you got to say
Some people don't want to listen to advice or guidance.

And they shut their ears and laugh cause you pray,
People may mock or belittle believers who pray or express their faith.

But don't be afraid, that used to be me I used to mock God
Don't let fear stop you from living out your faith, I used to be someone who ridiculed God.

But I was empty.
Despite my mocking of God, I was still searching for something to fill the emptiness in my life.
