All Is Found
Evan Rachel Wood Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Where the north wind meets the sea
There's a river full of memory
Sleep, my darling, safe and sound
For in this river all is found

In her waters, deep and true
Lie the answers and a path for you
Dive down deep into her sound
But not too far or you'll be drowned

Yes, she will sing to those who'll hear
And in her song, all magic flows
But can you brave what you most fear?
Can you face what the river knows?

Where the north wind meets the sea
There's a mother full of memory

Come, my darling, homeward bound
When all is lost, then all is found

Overall Meaning

Evan Rachel Wood's song All Is Found is a lullaby that she sings to her children in the movie Frozen 2. The song is featured in the scene where Anna and Elsa's mother is singing a lullaby to her daughters. The first verse of the song talks about a river that holds memories, but is also described as a safe place for someone to sleep. The second verse tells us that the river holds the answers to the path someone should take. However, it also warns them not to go too deep, or they might drown. The third verse speaks to the magic that the river holds and how it will only reveal itself to those who are brave enough to face their fears.

All Is Found is a song that speaks to the idea of introspection and self-discovery. The river in the song is a metaphor for someone's subconscious, and the lyrics encourage the listener to dive deep into it to find answers to their questions. However, it is also a warning not to go too deep, or you might find yourself in trouble. The overall message is that if you are brave enough to face your fears and listen to your inner voice, you can find what you are looking for.

I love how in the first movie we just saw them as the parents who barely spent time with their kids and just died, but in the second movie we actually get to see their backstory and WHY they went to sail

@malasfour9988

All the theories were like "Elsa and Anna's parents went to Rapunzel and Flynn's wedding with their new baby Tarzan. Also Elsa isn't their real daughter" so making all those theories stop is something else the Frozen 2 did
