Tania
Fase Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Tania mira el reloj
Mientras sirve otro cafe
El tiempo pasa lento
Para esperar que den las 7
Y verse con él

Otro día pasará
(Tan lento)
El trabajo soportar
Pero no importa nada
Porque Tania sueña con sus besos
Que nunca olvidará

Porque mañana nada cambia
Si no cambias
Que el pasado es recuerdo
Y no cambia

Tania espera en el café
El reloj marca las 10
Pero esta fría noche
El no llegará para decirle
Que todo terminó

Porque mañana nada cambia
Si no cambias
Que el pasado es recuerdo
Y no cambia

En la esquina del café
Tania siempre esperará
Que alguna de esas noches
El llegue solo para decirle
"Aquí me quedaré"

Porque mañana nada cambia
Si no cambias

Que el pasado es recuerdo
Y no cambia

Overall Meaning

The lyrics of Fase's song "Tania" tell the story of a woman named Tania who works at a café and is in love with someone who is not present. She is constantly checking the clock, waiting for 7 o'clock to arrive so she can meet with the person she loves. Despite enduring the struggles of working, Tania's dreams are dominated by the kisses of her loved one, which she won't forget.

As the song progresses, it reveals a change in the story where Tania continues to wait for her loved one, but this time at 10 o'clock. Unfortunately, the person does not show up, and Tania is faced with the truth that it is over. However, still going to the café regularly, she continues waiting on the corner where she hopes the person will eventually come back to her, and everything will go back to the way it was.

The song uses the character of Tania to depict the loneliness and disappointment that arises from unfulfilled desires, representing a universal feeling of longing and hope that are often associated with love. The lyrics encourage listeners to embrace change in life and not to constantly look back on the past, as this will always stay the same, rather than focus on opportunities in the present and future instead.

Si alguna vez leen esto los integrantes de FASE, deben saber que, nosotros quienes tuvimos la fortuna de escucharles en otrora época, les estamos muy agradecidos por su trabajo musical.

@jonatanlopez7948
