1. A British rapcore band
2. An American psychedelic rock band
3. A Canadian noise group
4. A Senegalese reggae artist
5. A Slovak sludge/stoner/doom metal band
1) A London based rapcore band. In 1997 they released the only, self-titled album and did some touring, including playing Ozzfest in 1997. Fat was composed of A.D. Rowntree (vocals), Gareth Prosser (guitar), Paul Andrews (bass), and Mike Boyko (drums).
2) A legendary psychedelic rock group from Massachusetts, active in the 1970s. Members were singer Peter Newland, lead guitarists Michael Benson and James Kaminski, drummer William Benjamin and bassist Guy DeVito. Fat developed a regional following in New England (based in the North Hampton-Springfield area of Massachusetts) in the late sixties and through the seventies but never broke nationally. Self-titled Fat (1970) was their only major label album. In support of the album RCA sent the band on the road opening for The Allman Brothers Band. While the debut didn't do much commercially the album generated some favorable critical buzz leading their management (RCA) to ship the band back into the studio to record a sophomore album. The collection was completed, but before it could be released the band got caught up in a drug bust. RCA management reacted by dropping the band, but not before releasing a single from the shelved LP - 'Still Water'
3) A canadian noise / jazz / experimental band active during 1980s until 1993. Its style was special the way to creat noise atmospheres with a free jazz base. A kind of crossover between Merzbow and Telonious Monk. They recorded 4 albums and the trio were formed by: Eric Rosenzveig, Jeff Noble and Phil Giborski. Later Eric and Phil worked with Willy Le Maitre as a visual & auditory art project around 2000. http://www.discogs.com/artist/91322-Fat-2
4) A reggae artist from Dakar, Sénégal
5) Formed in Stropkov, Slovakia by the beginning of year 2016. Released their debut album on 5th August 2019.

I've got a full-proof plan to stop me getting hurt
By you or anyone who tries to pull it off
So give me your best shot
I won't even compensate
I got broke by a high tide, come inside
I try to make myself an exile for awhile
I got away now to stop you getting in
And now I'm coming to my heyday
I am prepared to jump again into the fray
I said well maybe I won't, maybe I'll sound bad
It will be so easy, instead of getting hurt again
Dumped into the pressures of a life's day
I hide under the covers and wait for it to go away
I understand that it's downtime
But life has been so long livin' by lamplights
And all the things I really want, are things that I will never have
And all the things I want to see, are things that I will never see
And all the things I want to be, are things that I will never be
And all the writing on the wall is words that I will never read
So come into my room
Where I'm reigning supreme
I said my hair is dirty and my sink is never clean
You think I lead my life in fear
Well, if I keep it this way
You know nobody ever comes in here
I like it like that
Curled in the corner on the bedroom mattress
I said "I can see for miles now"
And if I stay still, I stand no chance of going down
Let me out, let me out
Let me out, let me, let me out
Screamin' and I shout
Now I break my water spout
Listen to the sound as my life comes pouring out
You're working at a pool what did ya know?
I give myself to people I hate, that's how it goes
I understand that it's downtime
But life has been so long livin' by lamplights
And all the things I really want, are things that I will never have
And all the things I want to see, are things that I will never see
And all the things I want to be, are things that I will never be
And all the writing on the wall is words that I will never read
Gimme what you got
Gimme what you got
I aspire and desire to the things that I am not
'Cause I need, and I greed, and I feel that is real
On my knees, I will kneel with the web of steel
Gimme what you got
Gimme what you got
Gimme what you got
Gimme what you got, yeah
Gimme what you got
Gimme what you got
Gimme what you got
Gimme what you got, yeah
And all the things I really want, are things that I will never have
And all the things I want to see, are things that I will never see
And all the things I want to be, are things that I will never be
And all the writing on the wall is words
And all the things I really want, are things that I will never have
And all the things I want to see, are things that I will never see
And all the things I want to be, are things that I will never be
And all the writing on the wall, you know it's words I'll never read
And all the things I really want, are things that I will never have
And all the things I want to see, are things that I will never see
And all the things I want to be, are things that I will never be
And all the writing on the wall, you know it's words I'll never read
The lyrics to the song "Never" by Fat are a beautiful ode to living in the present moment and appreciating the beauty that surrounds us. The opening lines set the scene for a night of revelry and connection with others, as the singer describes themselves as "two glasses in" and surrounded by "hard edges melting round a wall of smiles that's oh so bright." The sense of timelessness and unity is palpable, as the singer describes being "soaking in reverb / outside of time" and feeling like they're in "a poem next to perfect lines."
The imagery throughout the song is rich and evocative, as the singer describes being "struck by a wavy crescent straight from Vincent's Starry Night" and feeling warmth in their chest and space in their head. The references to moments of connection with others are subtly included, as when the singer describes "whispering names / catching a breath" and feeling as though there's no tomorrow.
The repeated refrain of "never let it go" reinforces the importance of staying present and appreciating the moment we're in. The phrase "the only never in forever" underscores the fact that while everything else is impermanent, the present moment can be cherished forever if we allow ourselves to fully experience it.
Overall, "Never" is a beautiful meditation on the importance of living in the present moment, and a reminder to appreciate the beauty and connection that surrounds us.

Two glasses in
We've had a few drinks already
Into tonight
It's nighttime and we're still going
Hard edges melting round a wall of smiles that’s oh so bright
Our worries are fading away and we're surrounded by happiness
Soaking in reverb
We're immersed in music that's echoing all around us
Outside of time
Our experience is transcending time
We’re in a poem next to perfect lines and I’m a rhyme
Our experience feels poetic and we're a part of something beautiful
Between the motions
We're caught in a moment that's both fleeting and eternal
Dissolving light
The light is blending and shifting in a mesmerizing way
Struck by a wavy crescent straight from Vincent’s Starry Night
The beauty of the night sky is inspiring us
Faces and laughter
We're surrounded by people and joy
Through pleasant glow
Everything feels warm and comforting
Before and after and forever in the greatest show
Our experience is a part of something timeless and amazing
And you should never let it go
This experience is too valuable to forget or lose

The voices around us are blending and creating a unique atmosphere

There is no if
We're not second-guessing anything
There is no how
We're not concerned with logistics or details
No point in waiting; Waiting’s over; This is here and now

Our bodies are touching and physically connected
Dances we had
We're remembering and cherishing a shared experience
Whispering names
We're saying each other's names softly
Catching a breath
We're feeling a moment of pause and stillness
There’s no tomorrow
We're not thinking about the future, only the present moment
Never let it go
We need to hold onto this experience forever

It's bull.
When you are actually workingout, you need to eat probably 1.5-2x more, or you will be in a Caloric Deficit.
So I don't believe that some sauce makes her gain weight, if she is working out & supposedly giving 110%.
Just look how much those body builders & powerlifters eat.
They are eating like 10,000-12,000 calories a day!!
They are all saying that the most difficult part is to eat that much a day!!
*
It's actually my biggest issue.
When I work out, I eat a lot.
And when I don't workout, I still eat a lot.

“You can destroy an entire week’s effort in just a meal or two and you don’t have to be a binge eater to do that” This hit close to home. Thanks for the necessary reality check.

So true. If I indulge on a holiday, it may take a week of healthy eating to start losing weight again.
