Straub alias DJ Felipe came in contact with electronic music for the first time in 1992 .. it should become his strongest passion. Today, more than a decade later, he can look back on various projects and a discography that is filling several pages. The early 1990s saw him working on ..The Space Navigator.. project together with Oliver Riepl, releasing on labels like Logic Records, Frankfurt Beat, Kosmo Records, BMG, Sony and Polygram, spinning in Vienna´s hottest underground venues as well as on major events in center Europe and last but not least establishing his first DJ-booking agency leading to today´s Titan International that is an exclusive partner of various international agencies for the Austrian and Eastern European market. In 2001 Felipe decided to concentrate more on his DJ career and started working on a number of new ideas such as his residency at Vienna..s top club Flex where he is hosting the event series ..Essence.. having guests like Sven Väth, Richie Hawtin, Luke Slater, Chris Liebing, Marco Carola, Dave Angel or Adam Beyer. Soon time had come to do next momentous step: In 2003 Felipe and his studio partner Nicolas Bacher founded ..Titanium... This imprint should experience a rapid rise due to the massive international support. Presenting such top-class acts as Marco Bailey, DJ Rush, Stanny Franssen, Redhead and more gave ..Titanium.. an immense profile which nowadays is represented by innovative artist such as Chymera or Wehbba. As a consequence Felipe and Nicolas Bacher became hot wanted producers and remixers and in a little while their releases on labels like CL, MB Elektronics, Rotation, Potential, Primate, Primevil (just to name a few) found their way into the playlists of the world´s leading jocks and to an impressive number of compilations. In 2004 they added their second label ..Supreme Entertainment.., being the ideal rounding off with such powerful guest artists as Samuel L Session, Danilo Vigorito, Chymera and more... His countless bookings made Felipe travel the world, visiting dozens of countries to present clubbers worldwide his definition of cutting edge electronic music. As one of his highlights Felipe is pointing out his Brazil tour 2006 and his regular appearances in Asia´s super club Womb. Felipe is one of the handpicked artists worldwide who have an endorsement deal with companies such as Final Scratch, Allen & Heath, Freefloat, PVDJ, Stanton, Native Instruments, Apple and Magma he is promoting worldwide.
