1. Fergie Duhamel, an American singer and actress. She first achieved chart success as part of the hip hop group Black Eyed Peas. Her debut solo album, The Dutchess (2006), saw commercial success and spawned three Billboard Hot 100 number one singles: "London Bridge", "Glamorous" and "Big Girls Don't Cry". Although she vocally incorporates rapping into some of her performances, she does not consider herself a rapper.
Fergie was originally a member of the children's television series Kids Incorporated and the girl group Wild Orchid. In 2001, she left the group and in the subsequent year joined Black Eyed Peas. She worked with Black Eyed Peas on two albums before releasing her debut solo album, The Dutchess, in 2006. She continued her collaboration with Black Eyed Peas and released a further two albums with them. Her second solo album, Double Dutchess, was released in 2017.
Fergie has additionally appeared in various films, including Poseidon (2006), Grindhouse (2007) and Nine (2009). She launched her first fragrance, Outspoken, under Avon in May 2010 and has since released four more fragrances. Her footwear line, Fergie Footwear, was launched in 2009.

2. Robert ‘Fergie’ Ferguson is a Northern Irish DJ and techno producer from Larne, UK. He made a big comeback in 2021 following the rising popularity of the Techno Trance genre wich got him signed on Dutch record label Armada Music, since then he scored big hits played by many DJs worldwide such as ‘Alpha Centauri’, ‘Time’ and ‘Muzik’, all of them released on Armin van Buuren's very own record label and Armada Music's sublabel Armind.
A DJ since he was barely a teenager who became one of the first true superstar DJs, a BBC Radio 1 presenter for over four years, a Mixmag columnist, an award winning producer and remixer, a record label owner, an electronic dance-music pioneer – is there anything Fergie dj hasn’t ticked off the list? (Well there was that offer of a reality TV show which he turned down but that’s another story.)
Fergie dj has had many sounds, identities and even a brief name change over the course of a career that began over twenty years ago back home in Northern Ireland but has undoubtedly remained one of dance-music’s most controversial, most successful and most loved characters. 2012 marked the beginning of a new chapter of his incredible story when he left Europe and headed for a new home, the hedonistic party capital of the world: Las Vegas. With his most audacious move yet came a bold new sound and another chameleon-like reinvention to go with it. The three illustrious DJ residencies he now holds in America is unprecedented: at the iconic Wet Republic pool party, the HQ Nightclub in Atlantic City and from this Spring at the newly-opened Hakkasan Las Vegas Nightclub. Hakkasan Las Vegas is an ambitious concept that Fergie dj will be a central part of and will see him tailor his DJ performances to suit the unique capabilities of a venue which is set to become one of the top nightlife experiences in the world.

Life Goes On
Fergie Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Every day when I wake up
Tryna read my fortune on the bottom of my coffee cup
But it seems like I never finish
It's always half full, or is it half empty?
Maybe it's my own superstition or a kind of self protection
If it all looks bad, why would I wanna look ahead?
Just watching the sun go down, (down), down, (down), down
Life goes on with or without you
It's up to you what you're gonna do
You could go or you could stay
Who cares anyway?
Life goes on with or without you
Damn it baby, what you're gonna do?
You could go or you could stay
But who cares anyway?
(Ha yeah, who really cares?)
Every conversation gets me high on motivation
Gets me craving of your own familiar situation *yeah)
Reach the unreachable, achieve the unbelievable
In the midst of all the madness, remember life's beautiful
Still I'm feeling restless, thinking I should rest less
Work more, play hard, ready for the encore
Is this the kinda life I really wanna live for? (two times)
In my heart I know, less is more (more)
More (more) more, more, more
Life goes on with or without you
It's up to you what you're gonna do
You could go or you could stay
Who cares anyway?
Life goes on with or without you
Damn it baby, what you're gonna do?
You could go or you could stay
But who cares anyway?
It's time to take this out of my hands
Is it all gonna be worth it in the end?
'Cause it's safe here in my comfort zone
Never stray too far from home (yeah, yeah, yeah)
But then again this way I'll never know, never know
Maybe I should go
Go crazy, go insane, go for everything
Get the money, dollar bills in your wallet, say ka-ching
Sign the dealy, make a mili, sound famili?
The urgency is sounding the drilly for the ma-milli
And then they really talk in Braille, actin' chilly
They got me feelin' like an achilles, silly, silly, I mean, really?
Really, really, really really though?
Really, really, really though?
Feel the vibration of the higher ground
Love always leads to the highest sound
Many conversations, people makin' speculations
As to my procrastination due to my revelations
And then they get fugazi
You call yourself a rider
You need to speed your loyalty up like Bugatti
Baby don't underestimate my underdog mentality
We 'bout to race ahead, ambition on Ferrari
Life goes on with or without you
It's up to you what you're gonna do
You could go or you could stay
Who cares anyway?
Life goes on with or without you
Damn it baby, what you're gonna do?
You could go or you could stay
But who cares anyway?
But who cares anyway?
You could go or you could stay
Mmm, mmm you could go, you could stay

In Fergie's song Life Goes On, the singer contemplates her life and its direction as she wakes up every day, hoping to read her fortune on the bottom of her coffee cup. She questions whether her glass is half-full or half-empty, and wonders if her superstition is a form of self-protection. Despite the uncertainties that come with life, Fergie advises her listeners that life goes on with or without them, and it is up to them to decide what they will do. She contemplates branching out of her comfort zone and taking risks, acknowledging that the decisions she makes may determine whether or not her life will be worth it in the end. She encourages her listeners to "go crazy, go insane, go for everything" and fearlessly pursue their ambitions.
Overall, the song's message is one of self-reflection, perseverance, and embracing life's uncertainties. Fergie acknowledges that life is unpredictable and sometimes scary, but ultimately, it is up to individuals to decide whether they will allow fear to hold them back or choose to embrace whatever the future may hold.
