I am unsure of myself and my supposed wisdom.

The truth can initially stir up angry or uncomfortable emotions before it brings liberation.

Before you find a place to be, you're gonna lose the plot
Before you find your purpose or belonging, you may feel lost or confused.

It may be too late to impart this wisdom on you, as you may not be willing to listen or accept it.

I need your focus and open-mindedness for what I am about to share.

It's time to explore your pain and trauma to better understand yourself and find healing.

Perhaps you need someone to challenge and push you out of your comfort zone.

Close your eyes and listen carefully
Take a moment to be present and truly listen to what I am saying.

Visualize a calm and peaceful place to help ground yourself in the present moment.

Feel the sensation of the water as a way to connect with your surroundings.

But now you're sinking, what were you thinking?
But now you feel overwhelmed and lost, what went wrong?

That's all the time we have this week
This is all the time I have to share with you right now.

And I know this doesn't make a lot of sense
I am aware that my words may be confusing or unclear.
