A singer-songwriter with a background in punk rock and a classically trained cellist, the original duo came together one serendipitous summer to create a sound that defied their personal conventions. The band plays upon their differences by highlighting their unique styles in songs that range from folk-pop tunes to bluesy ballads.
Foxxhound is set to release their third and most ambitious album, The Devil You Know, on June 25th, 2013. The record was produced by Anthony Arvizu (Elliott Smith, Ryan Adams, Paul McCartney) and mastered at Capital Records by Kevin Barley. For Daniel, The Devil You Know was about “letting go and inviting more people in.” The band did this in a literal sense by adding drummer Ron McGill, redefining Foxxhound as a trio and giving them the opportunity to add another dimension to their ever-evolving sound.

Foxxhound Lyrics
I'm holding on so it seems, I come undone at the seams
I'm holding on so it seems, I come undone on at the seams
Like Lennie Of Mice and Men, I am doing the best I can
I keep rolling on, like a chain gang song
I'm holding on so it seems, I come undone at the seams
When I was lost, cold and alone
Your love warmed me to my bones
As the moon shall rise, you ignite my nights, with lavender skies
Even when
I'm holding on so it seems, I come undone at the seams
I'm holding on so it seems, I come undone on at the seams
Like Lennie Of Mice and Men, I am doing the best I can
I keep rolling on, like a chain gang song
I'm holding on so it seems, I come undone at the seams
When I was lost, cold and alone
Your love warmed me to my bones
Even when
I'm holding on so it seems, I come undone at the seams
