Just a look and I catch his eyes
It's the moment of truth
We can give an ocean line
Reaching for a celebration time
Reaching for a new dimension love
Long before we met
Searching for this kind of love
But I don't wanna take things further now
Aha aha
Nothing good is coming out of this
And I wont take it further now
I'm falling to deep
I'm falling deeply into love
I'm falling deeply into love
But I don't wanna take things further now
In the looking of love
You must read between the lines
And you see in the face
When all is said and done
Searching for a new relationship
Dream of more than of vacation trip
Falling deeply into love
But I don't wanna take things further now
Aha aha
Nothing good is coming out of this
And I wont take it further now
I'm falling to deep
I'm falling deeply into love
I'm falling deeply into love
But I don't wanna take things further now
I'm falling to deep
I'm falling deeply into love
I'm falling deeply into love
But I don't wanna take things further now
Long before we met
Searching for this kind of love
Falling deeply into love
But I don't wanna take things further now
Aha aha
Nothing good is coming out of this
And I wont take it further now
I'm falling to deep
I'm falling deeply into love
The lyrics of "Falling" by Friends delve into the experience of falling deeply in love but realizing the potential consequences and deciding not to pursue it further. The song captures the initial excitement and thrill of a new connection, with the singer describing a moment where they catch the other person's eyes, leading to a realization of potential love. This moment of truth is portrayed as a significant turning point where they are reaching for a new dimension of love and a celebration of this newfound feeling.
As the lyrics progress, the singer reflects on the complexity of love and relationships, emphasizing the need to read between the lines and understand the subtleties of emotions. Despite their deep feelings and the desire for a new relationship, there is a hesitance to take things further. The repetition of not wanting to proceed highlights the internal struggle and conflict between the depth of emotions experienced and the rational decision not to pursue the relationship.
The chorus reinforces this internal conflict, with the singer acknowledging that nothing good may come out of taking things further at this moment. The repetition of "I'm falling deeply into love" contrasts with the decision not to progress, illustrating the internal struggle between emotions and rationality. The lyrics convey a sense of inevitability in falling deeply in love, yet balanced with a sense of caution and awareness of the potential consequences.
Ultimately, the lyrics convey a sense of maturity and self-awareness in the face of intense emotions, recognizing the need to prioritize personal well-being and making a conscious choice not to take things further despite the depth of feelings. The song captures the bittersweet nature of love, celebrating the intensity of emotions while also acknowledging the importance of making responsible decisions for one's emotional health. The repetition of the refrain throughout the song echoes the internal dialogue and emotional turmoil experienced by the singer, highlighting the complexity of navigating love and relationships.

The true 7 stages
1. Realizes you like your best friend
2. Never tells them and cries inside
Update: So I told her guys. Um, turns out we felt the same way! We’ve been dating for 2 weeks now.
Edit: Thank you for the likes guys! Good luck with your crush!
Update: I forgot about this comment but turns out true love isn’t real. She ended up breaking up with me because she lost feelings. She always told me I was good enough but I guess it wasn’t enough to make her stay. Then she regained feelings and we started talking again, but that ended with her cutting me off and now we’re just strangers. Maybe true love isn’t real after all? Or maybe I’m just not good enough. Whatever it is, I wish you people luck, enjoy your relationships while they last.

Stages (for me, a female):
1. You meet her
2. You become best friends
3. You realize that you’ve loved her all along
4. She has trouble with guys and goes to you for comfort
5. You gather the courage and tell her
6. She says that she already knew and that she wasn’t creeped out by it
7. You don’t bring it up again, so she continues talking to guys while you fall endlessly into a spiral of sadness because she doesn’t feel the same
@CorgiInc
Stages of falling in love with your best friend:
1: You become friends
2: You become best friends
3: You catch feelings
4: They catch feelings for others
5: You love them and help them get that other person
6: You have successfully put yourself up for torture yet continue to lie to assure that they're happy
Edit: Lol thanks for all the likes and replies, but no need to worry abo it my situation now. I'm still best friends with my guy and I've found someone for myself. <3
@doughboy9496
I have found either way u look it is hell . You don't say nothing and continue to be friends =hell
You tell her and she says it is ok and u remain friends but it is unrequited she slowly gravitated away from you it leaves u in hell
You tell her and u try it for a few And it don't work leaves u in hell
You tell her and she says it's ok and u see that she likes everybody more than you so you push her away so she can be happy without you and you just die every day without her in= hell
You have not seen Each other in almost ten years you've both changed you have same look she has different look and you just act like you don't notice or see her because when u parted years before you feel she didn't notice me then so she won't notice me now and you act like strangers = hell
You want to move foward to someone new and amazing although if you do , and she comes back u don't wanna hurt the new girl she does not deserve that .all while still have feelings for the previous love. =hell
They say when we pass away that you either go to the pearly gates or the depths of hell well at this age I can honestly say that I feel I know hell very well since I'm living it daily. Good luck everyone

i’m afraid that i’ll destroy our friendship
@bupechikonde1917
Dont do it keep it that way its a horrible journey when its over
@Yakkowarner11
Xenia Here’s the honest truth that I’ll give you. I wish someone would’ve told me with friends to lovers. Odds are it will destroy your friendship either way. I don’t say that to scare you or be negative but if you say it and the other doesn’t feel the same it makes your friendship hold a awkward tension to it. If you confess and the feeling is mutual, that’s great. But, if things don’t work out between the two of you you could lose them as a friend forever. Most people believe that after you date and break up you can never resort back to that friendship you once had and will then cut you off since ex’s can’t be friends after a break up. I know some relationships where things didn’t work out and they remained friends at the end. But, that’s incredibly rare to come by. Take it from someone who fell in love with their best friend at one point who had mutual feelings in return for me. But, after I couldn’t handle my jealousy and my insecurities and broke up with them I lost them for good. Anyway, I wish you the most of luck and hope the best for you. Have a good day.
