They were characterized by the use of complex rhythms, strange keys, and dual types of vocals (both high black metal screams and low death metal growls). Their live show was intense, and usually was noted by brilliant white lights and a near possessed stage presence, fronted by Will Jackson. The band has been quoted as saying "Simply put, we are trying to create music for attention-deficit people", and this is evident by the frantic changes and lack of repitition in their songs. Their Latest album utilised all of these qualities but also intergrated some melodic guitar and singing further adding to the complexity of their sound. The band broke up in 2008.

They were signed to Blackmarket Activities, an imprint of Metal Blade Records.
