Yeah nigga
We gonna smoke this motherfucker right here, right
We gonna smoke this shit
And I'ma drink a lot a water
And I'ma take Golden Seal, so my PO don't find out
I'm smoking this shit, aight?

Yo, niggas wouldn't rob Frankie if they had the chance
Wasn't cause of him it was cause of his man Lance
Frankie cut crack
Lance hold the Mac
If fiends fuck with Frankie's pac's
Lance cut the crack heads blocked up
Thought he was locked up
Came through stuntin' wit his wrist all rocked up
Shoulda seen him smile, missin' the tooth
Coupe missin the roof
He like "What up, 50?"
I'm like "What up with you"
Lance had a reputation that was well earned
Heard he taught niggas how them shells burn
Out there in Red Firm
At the dice game, he rolled ahead, crapped in the crack
I'm like "Nah, I ain't paying for that! Nigga, shoot it back"
Niggas lookin at me like I'm crazy, they shook
I don't give a fuck who he shot out in Red Hook
Asked him about ????
Yeah, Bizzy was my man till he beat me for ten grand and sold my Mac for
Seven grand (Fuckin' crazy)
The man was crazy I could tell by his look
Cause he looked the way I look
When I look for a jooks
Bitch

Motherfucker
Teamwork, work hard nigga
50 cent
Rotten Apple
G-UNIT
Lloyd Banks
Tony Yayo, nigga

Hey what up, nigga
You motherfuckin' right this DJ Clue Grand Theft Audio 2

Get the fuck out the car nigga don't make me rush you, nigga
Shoot that nigga, 50!

Overall Meaning

The song "Clue" by G-Unit begins with a reference to smoking marijuana, but quickly transitions into a storytelling rap about two individuals, Frankie and Lance. Frankie's reputation precedes him, as he is known for cutting crack, but it is his partner Lance who holds the gun, known as a Mac. The song then delves into the backstory of both men, with Lance having a history of violence and being revered in the streets for his shooting skills. Frankie, on the other hand, is known for offering quality crack to his customers. However, Lance ensures that Frankie's business remains undisturbed by cutting any crack heads who cause trouble. The lyrics also mention a man named Bizzy, who proves to be an untrustworthy partner for one of the rappers, as he beats him out of a significant amount of money by stealing and selling a Mac. The song builds an ambiance of danger, violence, and betrayal that is characteristic of the gangsta rap sub-genre.

The song was featured in the video game “Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories” for PlayStation 2 and the PlayStation Portable. This game was released on October 24, 2005, which was around the same time as the album “Get Rich or Die Tryin” by 50 Cent, which includes the song "In Da Club".

"Clue" was included in G-Unit's second album "Terminate on Sight," which was released on July 1, 2008, and debuted at number four on the US Billboard 200 charts.

The lyrics to the chorus of "Clue" are uttered by DJ Clue, an American DJ, songwriter, and rapper who produced seven studio albums.

The song "Clue" has primarily been performed by G-Unit members 50 Cent, Lloyd Banks, and Tony Yayo.

Although the song's title suggests a reference to the popular board game, the name "Clue" in this context is an amplification of DJ Clue's name.

"Clue" has a moment of singing from one of the rappers, and it's in the lyrics "Lance cut the crack heads blocked up…missin' the tooth, coupe missin the roof." The lyrics are sung to the tune of the theme of The Beverly Hillbillies by the country music legend, Flatt & Scruggs. The theme 'Ballad of Jed Clampett' became a hit topping US Billboard Hot 100 charts in 1962.

"Clue" was also performed by 50 Cent and Lloyd Banks at the 2008 Vibe Music Festival.

At the beginning of the music video for "Clue," the three rappers can be seen getting out of a car before approaching a man sitting in a vehicle. As the rappers stand around him, one of them tells him to "Get the f*** out the car, nigga," before the video cuts to the performance of the song.

"Clue" features a sample of the song "Guns for Show, Knives for a Pro," a track by New York-based 1980s hip hop group "Masta Ace Incorporated."

Chords: Unfortunately, the chords to the song "Clue" by G-Unit are unavailable as the song is a rap and does not feature musical instruments ordinarily played with chords.
