Their first compilations and presentations included NOFX, Rancid, Lagwagon, 2 Minutos, Suicide Machines and Face to Face covers, that subsequently became their main musical influences.
The band eventually inclueded bands such as Misfits, AFI, Good Riddance and No Use For a Name among their later musical mentors.
Members include Ramón Villacreses (Moncho: leading vocals and bass), Roberto Coello (Bertorró, Loco: lead guitar), Christian Freire (Indio: vocals and guitar), and Xavier Zurita (Zuri: vocals and drums).
In the year 2000, G.O.E launched their first album titled "Pidan Perdón" (Ask for forgiveness), with nine songs highly appraised in the musical scene for Guayaquil and Ecuador.
After several efforts, in 2005, their first long duration disc was recorded, entitled "Los 7 añitos" (The 7 years), that constitues a gathering of non recorded songs since 1998. This material was then edited and polished by Ryan Green, in Crush Recording Studios, in Arizona, USA.
A second disc called "Aire Dame Paz" was later released in 2005.
G.O.E has shared stage with highly renowned bands such as NOFX, Misfits and Mad Caddies (USA); 2 Minutos and Hard Life (Argentina); Belvedere (Canada); S.Q.P. (Peru); LAPM, 911 y Mojiganga (Colombia).
