wow that actually got me thinking..yes the Holy spirit lives in us but the disciples were praying for the holy spirit when he came down..so since Generation Unleashed are ministering to an audience who's hearts are lifted in worship, it makes sense to ask for an anointing of the holy spirit on those who haven't received him.
