Genka Lyrics

Tarmo muidu Märjamaal elas
Opel oli kiire ja naine oli meelas
Nüüd istub kinni Venezuelas
Sest õhtusöögiks ta alla neelas
Mitte Statoili kabanosse Vaid kokaiini täis kantosse
Et ilmsiks ehitada õhulosse
Ja mitte vihastada oma uusi bosse
Suurel bossil, suur on cojones
Tarmo istus tühjas laohoones
Püssiga mehed valvasid juures
Sest Tarmo oli rookie, tarmo oli toores
Tarmo tahtis juua neeonkokteile
Tarmo tahtis keppida ilusamaid neide
Enne pidi neelama alla terve lao
Curacaol, baby, Curacaol!

Kümme G-d jättis Amsterdammi
Barcelonasse paarkend grammi
Viis võrku sai Londoni
Ühe võttis kaasa ja läks BonBoni

Tarmo oli töökas ja ajas kokku plönni
Märjamaa majal sebis SAT antenni
Punaste supportitega Cayenne′i ostis
Sõpradele tegi välja Henny
Tegi trenni ja jõudis rohkem
Kama tuua kõhus kui keegi muu Antverpenni
Kuid see pole Tuhkatriinu lugu
Kohe räägin kuidas lõpuks Tarmo läks kinni
Ta läks lohakaks sest tegi palju kivi
Ei jagand reaalsusest enam tillligi
Lennukis ei söönd ja tollis tilkus higi
Tõmbas tähelepanu, spiidi ja mente ligi
Politseile hakkas vastu ka veel
Sai uue kodu Margarita saarel
Kuna toppind täis oli taas terve mao
Curacaol, baby, Curacaol!

Tarmol on nüüd putsis, ta elu on kaos
Kaugel Lõuna-Ameerika maajaos
Kongi nurgas vaikselt ta vaos
Kuna sitaks näffi leiti ta maos
Mitmeid kordi, Druglordi
Ei saa Tarmo enam mängida Curacaos
Ei suvel Pärnus, ei Airport Jamil
Lõpp glämmil, pole midagi teho
Tarmo on pendejo
Nüüd, kukk, kardab Mero Mero't ja teisi põhitaate
Niuksub nurgas ja teeb opiaate
Ken tahab tulla ja teha tast saate
Tüüpidele Tallinnas mees on veel sees
Retsilt raha, emal silmad on vees

Vend viidi metsa ja naine on paos
Curacaol, Cabron, Curacaol!

Overall Meaning

The opening lines of the song introduce us to Tarmo, who used to live in the Estonian town of Märjamaa. He owned an Opel, and his wife was kind. However, Tarmo is now in jail in Venezuela because he consumed cocaine for dinner instead of eating Statoil kabanos (a type of snack sausage). He did this to impress his new bosses and build castles in the air. Tarmo was a rookie who wanted to drink neon cocktails and have sex with beautiful women. However, he had to consume a lot of drugs to achieve these things. Tarmo ended up in a warehouse with gun-wielding men surrounding him. He then went to jail in Margarita Island because he became careless and took too many drugs.

The rest of the lyrics describe Tarmo's decline, including his move to South America, his drug addiction, and his eventual arrest. He used to work hard and save money, but drugs took over his life. The song portrays a cautionary tale of the dangers of drug addiction and the consequences of one's actions. In the end, Tarmo's life is a mess, and he is a coward who fears the drug lords and takes opioids to escape reality.
