In April 2013, the Nine Network announced that she would become the fourth judge on Australia's Got Talent.
On 5 September 2013, it was confirmed by Channel 9's NRL Footy Show (one of the longest running shows in Australia) that Geri Halliwell would be performing a world exclusive of "Half of Me", her first solo single in nearly eight years, at its Grand Final Show. The single was released on 25 October 2013 and reached a dismal number 281 in the Australian charts. Feels Like Sex

Touched yourself instead and watched your body talk
Just let your body talk
Have you ever felt just too hungry for love
The more you get you find that it's just not enough
But you really can't give it up
All you people out there
Are you feeling you know what
Or do you really care
If it feels like love
Then give it baby that's a rush
If it feels like pain, pain, pain, pain
It's really just the same
If the mood is rude
Then you got the right attitude
And ya better get down, you don't have to get undressed
Just because if feels like sex
Have you ever had a mind too dirty to read
Kinky freaks why don't you get down on your knees
I'm getting hard to please
Have you ever whipped love and left it to cry
Ask yourself the question
Does the cherry pie leave you satisfied
Turn out the light, so I can feel what your thinking
Do you think we'd get it passed the watershed
Let's take it slow, 'cause you know
I know you know, sex is in your head
Baby I want you to know
You're not the only one
I'm on my way to sexual healing
Do you want to come?
In "Feels Like Sex," Geri Halliwell explores the different ways people experience sexual desire and pleasure. The lyrics describe some of the common experiences people have, such as feeling too hot or hungry for love, as well as some more taboo fantasies, such as having a dirty mind or enjoying kinky sex. Throughout the song, Halliwell encourages listeners to embrace their desires and let their bodies do the talking, rather than feeling ashamed or repressed.
The chorus of the song emphasizes the idea that sex, like love and pain, can be a rush, but it can also be confusing and difficult to navigate. Halliwell suggests that the key to enjoying sex is having the right attitude and being open to exploring different experiences. She also acknowledges that sex is not the only way to connect with another person, and that sometimes sexual healing can come from simply sharing intimacy and emotional connection.
Overall, "Feels Like Sex" is a fun and upbeat pop song that celebrates sexual desire and encourages listeners to embrace their own desires and experiences.
