ka,dicha is not a deformatio of yhe word comtessa! in arabic the kendicha is meaning the stressed and nervous people. Aicha is one of the most famous Djinn which or who isused by gnawi confrerie and following the moroccan population. as the case its one of the greatest gnawi force I never met during my studies on the gnawi history between Ghana Empire and Andalus. The portuguese story was built to create a human dimension to this univers being.

My brother ,you are wrong about aicha kandicha or I got the wrong story, she was actualy a real woman from rif montain her son and husband were killed by the spanish inviders during the 20's of the last centry.she use to come out during night time from the woods on a hors with long hair over her face and a rifle to kill spaniards to get her revange for the killing of her soon and her husband ...that why we said in morocco 3andak ra 3aycha jaya.....and thank you for this video..peace!!

What you said is quite interesting but its not the real story...in fact the real one is much older than you think...the name aicha kondicha came from the name Comptessa who was a portuguese noble woman that came to essaouira or safi (not quite sure) during the portuguese occupation of morocco back in the 16th century and she was so beautiful and well manered that a lot of moroccan men fell in love with her beauty and her elegance, moroccan women were so jealous that they invented that story (..)

(..) To make men fear her and think that she is a monster so that way they protected their house holds...afterwards she became a myth a figure that is so fearful and so mysterious...La comptessa is not moroccan she is portuguese. interesting isnt it?
