Unrealistic Dream
God's Bow Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Till the sun doesn't close his eyes
Aching silence turns into scream
In his sweet unrealistic dream...
Every day every night
Brings you this sound of fright
It grows in your eyes and doesn't want to die...
Unrealistic dream...
The song "Unrealistic Dream" by God's Bow talks about the illusion or dream one has about their life. The lyrics suggest that the night covers the most beautiful time. However, it also implies that this illusion shall remain, as long as the sun is up or as long as our eyes are closed. It then talks about the silent aching that turns into a loud scream, representing the hopelessness and desperation one feels when they wake up from their dream. The line "In his sweet unrealistic dream" implies that we all have some dream, and it keeps us going, but it's unrealistic because it's nothing like the reality we live in. The final line "Unrealistic dream" summarizes the whole song that it's about how sometimes we get lost in our dreams, and we need to understand that they may not come true.
