Hi Dr. Lin, I hope you have time to reply. I can do these exercises easy, and my back is really flexible. But I still have tingling in my feet for weeks now. I do have lower back pain. What can it be? Or how can I cure it? Thank you

Rehab and Revive

It's really hard to say without a formal evaluation. There are so many different things that can cause tingling in your feet. highly recommend seeing a DPT or your primary care doctor to get evaluated!

Watch from 1.08 am directly. Always come direct to point in your videos. Everyone using YouTube researching has an understanding of what is their problem. You dont have to introduce your lecture in such a long winding way and taking far too long to introduce what your video thumbnail already does. Communicate effectively by coming straight to point. Dear Dr, I suffered a severe sciatica, was so severe moving neck was giving excruciatingly painful, left calf was not responding to squeeze and lift, glutes weren't squeezing, but did rehab guided by online videos and massage...in six months time I recovered to 95% and was doing very fine. Until recently it relapsed due to break in physical fitness activities and improper training. Now there's no pain but I do feel loss of power and strength in left limb, though I'm walking and playing...not with the earlier rehabilitated strength and ease. I feel better when I do cobra stretch I.e., bhujangasana which your technique is almost similar. If I forcibly squeeze my glute I could feel a good sensation down my left limb but it goes off in few seconds. When I perform reverse walking/ jogging especially downslope the calf feels very relaxed...I would be greatful if you could give some advice. Thanks.
