Meditation
Green Hypnotic Lyrics

Breath In, breathe out
Breathe In, breathe out
Breathe In, breathe out
Oh
Breath In, breathe out
Breathe In, breathe out
Breathe In, breathe out
Oh
Breathe
Breathe

I feel like my friends got mental issues
I can't help cuz I'm too far away
Maybe I should fix my anger issues
I need help, I need to find my way
I pray, every night and day-day
God's word, gets me through the day-day
Weird vibes are starting to fade-fade
I am free from all this rage-rage
Now I

Breath In, breathe out
Breathe In, breathe out
Breathe In, breathe out
Oh
Breath In, breathe out
Breathe In, breathe out
Breathe In, breathe out
Oh

Breathe
Breathe

Overall Meaning

The song "Meditation" by Green Hypnotic explores themes of self-reflection, dealing with mental health issues, and finding inner peace through meditation.

The repetition of the lines "Breathe In, breathe out" emphasizes the importance of taking deep breaths, which is a fundamental aspect of meditation. This serves as a reminder to the listeners to slow down, focus on their breath, and be present in the moment. By repeating these lines, the artist invites the listeners to follow along and join in the act of mindful breathing.

The opening lines, "I feel like my friends got mental issues, I can't help cuz I'm too far away," suggest a sense of helplessness and distance from the problems of others. The artist recognizes that their friends are struggling with mental health issues but feels unable to provide direct assistance due to physical or emotional distance. This expresses a common experience of wanting to help but feeling constrained by circumstances.

The following lines, "Maybe I should fix my anger issues, I need help, I need to find my way," indicate the artist's realization of their own anger issues and the need for personal growth and self-improvement. It conveys a desire to address these inner conflicts and seek assistance to find a way forward. This highlights the importance of introspection and personal responsibility in dealing with unresolved emotions.

The lines "God's word, gets me through the day-day, Weird vibes are starting to fade-fade, I am free from all this rage-rage" suggest that the artist finds solace and guidance in spirituality. By turning to religious teachings, the artist is able to find comfort and overcome negative emotions. This can be interpreted as a reflection of the power of faith and finding inner peace through connection with a higher power.

Overall, "Meditation" by Green Hypnotic encourages listeners to take a moment for themselves, acknowledge their inner struggles, and seek ways to find peace and self-improvement. I’ve been listening to sleep hypnosis for years and this is by far the most consistent response for hypnosis I’ve found, unfortunately tonight it finally stopped working! I hope you put more like these out in the future

@anyagee9467

It didn't stop working. Some days are different than the others. Try again next time. Sometimes I listen twice and fall asleep the second time.

@andrewgreenhypnosis5288

Erika Anne, I am releasing new videos. Most of which feature similar hypnotic styles as this video... I sure hope they help you.

@debbiesixchannel6

Having studied hypnosis myself and made recordings I have listened to many, and this is the one I always come back to. I don’t know how many times I have listened to it (more than 30 is my guess) and just listened again today and heard things I don’t remember! So fascinating. Plus I remained conscious through the entire spoken part and was aware of my body’s responses to the suggestions.

@Kaylee Martineau wonderful! You are so very welcome!!! I really appreciate your support and enthusiasm. Way to combat the snoring, haha. In the near future, I plan to keep putting out more content involving the deepest states of hypnosis. Stay tuned. :-)

I’ve been meditating for sleep for about 9 months and this is the best meditation I’ve found. I’ve been using it every night for the past week and every time I nap (which is often lol). Thank you so so much for this amazing video :)
