(I-I-)
(I-i'm working on dying)

Shit been rough, but I ain't too tough to say I love and I miss you
You my dawg, I don't care if we fall out, nigga, I never could diss you
For the chains and the fame, only we seen the vision
'Bout my name, let it bang, goin' out with my pistol
Got me a taste of this fame, it was sweet, now it's bitter
Maybach came with pillows, I can't talk in no pillows (uh)
Armed and dangerous, but that don't make me no killer
Heard you caught a hit, but that don't make you no killer (uh)
Rich and I feel fit, look like I played for the Steelers (uh)
Fans say when I rap, they hear the pain in my rhythm (uh)
Keeping them far back until I know they agenda (uh)
All these niggas capping like the man in the middle
They gon' mention Wunna cause the views'll be bigger (uh)
Ain't now way to explain the way you abusin' these Skittles (uh)
If I knew the road, I would've rolled, the risk to rolling the dice (uh)
It's insane inside my brain, I'm spittin' this pain on this mic (uh)
Gotta ball like I'm Wilt Chamberlain, a hell of a price (uh)
Love when I'm on drugs, but that just ain't very bright (uh)
My trust so fucked up, I keep these bitches on ice (uh)
I can't fall in love, I need a specific type

Careful with your choices
'Cause you can't make it twice (can't make it twice)
Money don't uphold so much that we sacrifice (we sacrifice)
Life a rollercoaster, turns go low and back high (going back high)
My day's been a blur, can't get the dirt out my eyes
Ran through a whole dub, this round, I'm keeping it tight (keeping it tight)
Praying more on my knees at night, I'm tryna get right (get right)
Times it don't feel even, but I still gotta stride (still gotta stride)
Living through the seasons 'til the day that we die

Can't nobody stop it, when you pop it, you pop it (uh, pop it, you pop it)
Hoping that I flop, but I sold copies and copies (uh)
Just hand in more boxes
Giving range and more options (range and more options, uh)
Know he ain't a opp, I still proceed him with caution (uh)
Geeking on them shrooms, I'm seeing my words like I'm writing (uh)
Post every single move I do so he can go viral (uh)
My fans coming through for me, you think they entitled (uh)
Thinkin' 'bout the crew again, could we reunite 'em?
Shit done been slow motion, but the peace steady climbing
(Peace steady climbing)
Can't slip too much over and it's mostly deposits (mostly deposits)
Care too much to show it, just know that I got it (know that I got it)
Niggas show they hate before they do something positive (something positive)
Niggas just want you fade away
And hope that you forgot 'em (uh, hope you forgot 'em)
It ain't gon' be easy to take the southside don dada (southside don dada)
Figured out that all of these Ms
Couldn't take care of all of my problems (all of my problems, uh)
Rapping, I'm so for real, this time we stronger together

Careful with your choices
'Cause you can't make it twice (can't make it twice)
Money don't uphold so much that we sacrifice (we sacrifice, uh)
Life a rollercoaster, turns go low and back high (going back high)
My day's been a blur, can't get the dirt out my eyes (uh)
Ran through a whole dub
This round, I'm keeping it tight (uh, keeping it tight)
Praying more on my knees at night, I'm tryna get right (uh, get right)

Times it don't feel even, but I still gotta stride (uh, still gotta stride)

Gunna you may never read this. But im 44, born and raised in the hip hop era. I have a hard time respecting alot of today's rap...but I feel this the way I felt Pac's "Shed so many tears."
As I think about that song... it was a man pouring out his soul...aware that his time could come to an end soon.

I feel that in your message and tone. And I'm already alil heartbroken (triggered) cuz in today's rap... rappers don't live long. Seems like more and more these days I'm learning about rappers because they were killed, or I'm learning about them just before they are.
We no longer get the opportunity to see rappers age to a level of maturity that they can talk about how much they've grown. I'm proud I got to witness the journeys of rappers like Andre 3000 for example. Ive mourned so many rappers that its traumatizing, to the point that I don't feel comfortable bonding through their music anymore. My love for rap's been feeling like an unhealthy relationship.

Make it to the end Gunna. Die old, surrounded by a loving family. Thats how you do it right.

Praying for you. Praying for rap. Praying that young men and women in these streets wake up.
