Tsintskaro chamoviare, tsintskaro Tsintskaro chamoviare

Overall Meaning

In Hamlet Gonashvili's song Tsintskaro, the singer expresses his adoration and fondness for Tsintskaro. Tsintskaro is a village in Georgia, and the name is mentioned in the song repeatedly. The lyrics suggest that even though Tsintskaro may be small and humble, it still possesses a certain beauty that captures the singer's heart. He sings of the beautiful girl he saw there, with her long black hair and beautiful eyes, and how her presence enhanced the beauty of the village.

The lyrics also touch upon the life and relationships of the people living in Tsintskaro. The hardships of life and the difficulties of relationships are described through the lines "Sitkva vut'khar da itskina" meaning, "There is enmity and anger here" and "Ganriskhda gadga ganzeda" meaning "There is grief and sorrow here." While recognizing the struggles of life, the singer still maintains his admiration for Tsintskaro, perhaps because he considers the beauty of nature and the village as something that is worth holding onto, even amidst the difficulties of life.

Overall, Hamlet Gonashvili's song Tsintskaro is a beautiful tribute to a village in Georgia that carries with it both the beauty of nature as well as the challenges of life.

Grandiosa !!! Sconvolgente bellezza! Grazie

Hamlet and my grandfather died the same year, one month apart. They were originally from the neighboring villages in Kakheti (Anaga and Vakiri) and my grandfather was very proud of it, though they had never met each other. Every time I hear Hamlet singing, I think of my grandpa. It even seems to me that they looked like each other. God bless them both.

Your comments made me tear up thinking of my own maternal grandfather.....who was like a second father and my paternal grandfather who I never met, because he passed away when my father was 11.
These people who have gone before us, were always so fascinating to me. I miss them all..
