As the shadows consume the room in the night,
The darkness enveloping the room represents the problems we face at night that keep us from moving forward.

Our flame was stolen from the phantom.
We've lost our guiding light which keeps us from finding a way out of the problems that we face.

He's hanging the noose, we say our goodbyes.
Our problems may feel as if they will choke us, but we must face them head-on and be ready to leave them behind.

His mask I remove… and I see me.
Facing our problems allows us to take a closer look at ourselves, our flaws, and hopefully make improvements as we move forward.

They're trying to prove him wrong in his eyes,
Others may try to convince us that we are not capable of handling our problems or finding a solution.

They tried to assume that we can't handle.
People may not believe in us, but it's up to us to find our strength and prove them wrong.

This time I refuse…. But I see me.
We must stand up for ourselves, refusing to be held back by the negativity of others, and see ourselves for who we truly are.

Left cold in this room, our torn past resides,
Our past may be difficult to leave behind, but it's necessary to move on and not let past mistakes hold us back.

But will always remain lest we change perspective.
We cannot change the past, but we can change how we look at it and move forward with a different perspective.

Our hearts might be true but if intention is blind,
Even with the best intentions, if we can't see clearly, we may keep repeating the same mistakes.

To confronting our faults…. Then history…
We must face our shortcomings and try to improve upon them, or we'll keep making the same mistakes over and over again.

Repeats itself. Enticed by undiscovered,
The cycle of repeating our mistakes continues to entice us because we don't know what lies on the other side of change.

Sanity that's overdue. Remaining still denies the truth.
We may think we're being rational by staying in our comfort zones and not trying to improve, but it's really just a way to avoid the truth.

Eyes fogged up and blind. My timid alibi.
Our fear and anxiety can cloud our judgement, making us hesitant to take action and find solutions.

Victim in mind. I'm stuck asking why.
We may feel like the world is against us, but we need to take responsibility for our own actions and choices.

I've denied the faults I'm now defined by…
We cannot ignore our own flaws and expect to grow and change as individuals.

Uncovered out for the world to see.
The truth of who we are will eventually come to light, so it's better to confront our flaws now before it's too late.

My mask has fallen to the wayside…
We cannot hide forever behind a false image of ourselves; it's time to face reality and be honest with ourselves.

I struggle but I cannot retrieve.
We may be tempted to go back to old habits, but we must resist the urge and keep moving forward.

Its time to move. Its time to move. Before we're through.
The need for change is urgent, and we must act before our problems become too large to handle.

And though we fail,
Change is not always easy, and we may stumble along the way.

We can succeed.
But with effort and perseverance, we can overcome our obstacles and find success in what we seek.

And though we struggle,
Our journey may not be without difficulty, but those struggles will make us stronger in the end.

We can be free.
When we finally find the courage to confront our problems and move forward with our lives, we can attain freedom and peace of mind.

Like we always knew…
Deep down, we all know what we need to do to change our lives for the better.

The time for peace draws near…
When we finally make a change for the better, we can find peace in our lives where once there was chaos and despair.

From separation…
We may feel isolated and alone in our lives, but change starts with the individual.

Our home…
We can make our lives like a haven where we feel safe, secure, and at peace.

In shambles.
Regardless of how chaotic our lives may have become, we have the power to make a difference and create the life we want to live.
