Hey, on a similar note, I just started playing Mad Max on PC a month ago, the very first time I actually tried taking down a convoy...
If you don't know, there are sections of the map you can focus on, and every other section or so there's a convoy of like 5 cars protecting the front car that has some stuff you might want. The convoy follows a set track within the map, pretty much a closed loop so it doesn't stop. If you try to take it on they'll follow the course but they'll also attack you with dropped mines, flame throwers, and guys getting out their cars and jumping on yours to attack you while you're driving.
...well, the game has a soundtrack and it's not bad, but, the first time I took on a convoy SERIOUSLY I decided to turn the music off and play the Mad Mad movie score I had.

I had a sh*t eating grin from ear to ear it was friggin amazing.
It's similar to Far Cry 4 side quest where you hijacked the military supply truck en route as it's moving if you've played it, only imagine 5 times the cars and they attack you as you get close and you're constantly trying to get to the main vehicle as the others try holding you back. All while praising the gazoleen and listening to the Mad Max movie score.
