The quality of NA beers has come a long way! Thank you, Heineken, for giving those of us who choose not to drink another refreshing beverage to choose from. Having said this, I've "cheers-ed" many times with a glass of water, soft drink, cup of tea/coffee and have had no problem doing so. Cheers is less about what you're drinking and more about the gesture you're making to friends/family (at least I think it should be). I say we hold up our NA beer, or milkshake, or cup of tea, or juice box, or soft drink, or whatever.... and let the cheers flow freely!
