Hue is made up of 3 best friends, a sister, and a ridiculously attractive bass player. Together they make incredibly catchy, fun, upbeat, infectious, dance around in your underwear, pop rock music that you will be humming to yourself long after the show ends.
The band combines exuberant energy with unique live tactics that excite and involve fans of any musical taste. Over their career, the band has supported acts such as The Balconies, Hey Ocean, The Wooden Sky, We Are Wolves, Two Hours Traffic, Lights, Said The Whale, Hollerado, The Spades, Peter Katz and numerous others.
This is just the beginning for Hue.

Hue is musically active since 1994 with various projects that include different artistic attitudes. Among them: Der Einzige and Normality/Edge (noise, industrial, experimental music, for what these label may mean) and Sparkle in Grey (melancholic electronic and field recordings).
During the years he collaborated with many other musicians such as De Fabriek, Urkuma, Claudio Rocchetti, Ether, Punck, Cria Cuervos, Fhievel, Nicola Ratti, MB/Maurizio Bianchi, OvO e Telepherique, for remixes and other.
His last release (2006) is Un’estate senza pioggia, mixes field recordings and melancholically sounds of acoustic and electric guitars, glitch electronics and various instruments (organ, didgeridoo…), played by various friends and collaborators as Aal, Giuseppe Verticchio and many others.
His forthcoming projects are an album in collaboration Fhievel and Maurizio Bianchi about the concept of 'desert', called "Erimos", and a duo project called Batalha, with Nuno Moita of Grain of Sound label.

HUE is an instrumental trio consisting of Bass (Cody LeBeau) / Guitar (Ryan Jeter) / and Drums (Brenton Oechsle) that was founded in 2011 in Indianapolis, Indiana. We started my getting together and improvising and then working those improvisations into structured song ideas.

In 2017 singer Jacquees and rapper Dej Loaf released their first and only album as Rnb Duo HUE. Originally released as datpiff.com world premier "Fxck a FriendZone" was later uploaded to other streaming platforms after the success of songs: "you belong to someone else" and "make me fall in love". Sometime in 2021 romantic involvement between the group ceased preventing further music releases. 😭

The lyrics to Hue's song "Time To Say Goodbye" speak about the feeling of being alone and missing someone, even in a room full of light.
