This first release showcased the bands potential and helped them tour regionally opening up for national acts such as Whitechapel, For The Fallen Dreams, Molotov Solution and many others. This in combination with the bands tireless self promotion efforts has helped the band build a strong regional following from Central California to Southwestern Nevada and all over the United States via social networking site such as Myspace and Facebook.
I Wish We Were Robots has finished recording their debut album "Transhuman" which will be released on the startup label Cyber Synapse Records in April 2010. Transhuman shows the progression of the band seemlessly blending their primal ferocity with subtle intricacies and emotion. Transhuman will take you from super fast blast beats to pop chorus to hardcore breakdown and back again while never losing sight of the song.
