Believing divine intervention to play a role, Inca's members instantly clicked upon meeting, and thus set afloat the small tumbleweed of music now growing into a bellowing tornado ready to take everyone in its path.
Inca's music is very 2010: blending genres of pop, indie rock, trip hop, hip hop, and electronica into a cohesive and distinct sound, the music is groovy and edgy, at times soulful and rocking, and overall, very danceable. Topped by silky female vocals and highlighted by male hip hop dialogue, Inca's influences list is long, from the likes of Tricky, Dido, Zero Seven, Imogen Heap, to rockers like Snow Patrol, the Dandy Warhols, PJ Harvey and the Pixies.

To be honest, I'm Korean and I'm not biased at all, but something Koreans haven't been able to do right is do music without putting Korean stuff like soju or Korean this or Korean that in their songs. I actually think these guys are very underrated in the Music industry, not just among Asian music artists. I like how they are simple, they just make GOOD music plain and simple. Much respect, no need for all the gimmicks and trying to be something their not. Hope they make their way :)

What's wrong with your people talking about something familiar to them? Of course Jay Park is gonna talk about soju becuase it's his people's drink and it's what he loves to drink, but he goes more topics then that. I haven't heard Tokimonsta or Anderson .Paak talk about anything Korean in their songs. Same with Dumbfounded. He did collab with more Korean artist to get closer to his heritage and from translations I don't really see too many KHip Hop and RnB artist talking about Korean this or that. Nothing wrong with having a bar or song about something Korean tho.
