The more you struggle to get out you the more you are likely to fail! The secret is to relax into state that you want achieve. You must replace one state by another and you do this by deliberately creating a mental vacuum which the subconscious hates and then tricking your mind into the new state.
The film 'The Shawshank Redemption' (TSR) shows you how to get out but this can take weeks, months and even years.
Further, there may be may people who are associated with you who may not want you to leave. Like Andy in TSR, discuss this with NOBODY!

Cartman C you know what, he transcends the level of Oscar, he doesn't need one to prove that he is one of the best to ever direct a motion picture, just like Leo didn't need one to prove he was a great actor. I'm just hoping Dunkirk will be his big break!
