Stoppen met de groep betekent niet stoppen met Hiphop. Als solo artiest startte hij gelijk zijn Hiphop ontwikkelingsbureau/label: Hof van Jaeden en dropte daarop eind 2008 zijn eerste solo EP "Striklie Boembap" ism beatmaker Herbert Spliffington.
Hierna volgde een heuse kruistocht waarbij J.A.E., op zoek naar nieuwe rapstijlen, van studio naar studio door het hele land reisde en zo collabo's opnam met o.a: Zwart Licht, Audio Elixer, Zwarte Schapen, Tastic en Zo Moeilijk. Dit resulteerde in de "Overdosis 1.0 EP" die in december '09 als gratis download werd aangeboden.
"Ik kan alleen genieten genieten als mn mensen mee genieten." Een quote uit een van J.A.E. zijn freestyles. Om de daad bij de quote te voegen heeft hij een peleton aan creatievelingen verzameld waarmee ze onder projectnaam "Overdosis" in 2010 een lading aan Hiphop muziek, videoclips en artwork uit gaan brengen.
Startschot van dit project is J.A.E. zijn debuutalbum genaamd Koning der Armen. Op productioneel vlak staan er samenwerkingen op met o.a: KlaasVaak, Nikes en Dobleye en featurings komen van de hand van Skafalau, Nosa, Akwasi, Levitation en Nicole. 2010 belooft een mooie jaar te worden voor Je Afrikaanse Excellentie. Het Hof in opmars met de Koning der Armen in de frontlinie!
