She released the mini album, Out of the Box, the title being a play on words of the departure from Sweetbox, to critical acclaim in 2007. Her latest album, Bittersweet Symphony, being the 7th original album she's released in her entire career as a singer, proved she continued to make the right career choices, as the album reached high positions such as #15 on the Oricon charts. She re-released Out of the Box in Korea, containing some of the tracks from her original album of the same name, as well as many tracks of Bittersweet Symphony. She also re-recorded the song "You Don't Know Me" with guest vocalist Kim Dongwan for this release, which was also included on his own album, The Secret; Between Us.
After her continuing success, Jade released the famous Christmas carol 'Holy Night' in Korea near the end of 2008, for the holiday season. She also released information in a video on her official website, that two new albums are to be expected in 2009, and that The Cheetah Girls used a song, on their recent album, that Jade had written in 2003.
In mid-April of 2009, Jade Valerie and Geo confirmed they had started a new project, entitled Eternity ∞, and that it was their goal to return to a sound found on their early Sweetbox albums: pop meets classical. Releasing the self-titled album Eternity ∞ on June 2, 2009, the album featured every song sampling a classical piece, many using pieces previously used in Sweetbox, such as Canon in D Major by Pachelbel and Solveig's Song by Grieg.

Do do ya
I watch, wait, wish
Silently you could feel
Finally how long, how deep
I'm waiting for you
I pound, pound and I pound
At you, run run and run
You don't see me waiting for you
You you...
Caught in your spell
Do you think you're unstoppable
Caught in your spell
Don't you know who I am
Caught in your spell
Do you think you're unbreakable
Caught in your spell
Don't you know who I am
My pride, pride, pride ???
I fall down ???
Hopeless, restless
I keep fighting
Cos' your small world's
Not enough
You're still weak of that my love
One day, you'll say that I am stronger than you you
Caught in your spell
Do you think you're unstoppable
Caught in your spell
Don't you know who I am
Caught in your spell
Do you think you're unbreakable
Caught in your spell
Don't you know who I am
Do ya ya,
Do ya
Cos' your small world's not enough
You're still weak of that my love
One day, you'll say that I am stronger than you you
Caught in your spell
Do you think you're unstoppable
Caught in your spell
Don't you know who I am
Caught in your spell
Do you think you're unbreakable
Caught in your spell
Don't you know who I am
Not unbreakable
The lyrics to Jade Valerie's "Moonlight Sonata" seem to be about unrequited love and a sense of longing for someone who is unaware of the singer's feelings. The song opens with the lines "I watch, wait, wish/Silently you could feel" which suggest that the singer is simply waiting and hoping for this person to finally notice them. However, throughout the song, the singer realizes that this person is "caught in" their own world and probably won't notice them anytime soon.
The lines "Cos' your small world's/Not enough/You're still weak of that my love" suggest that the singer believes they are stronger than the person they're crushing on, and that they are capable of more than this person's limited worldview. The repeated line "Caught in your spell/Do you think you're unbreakable/Don't you know who I am" drives this point home, with the singer essentially asking if this person knows what they're missing out on by not seeing the singer's strength and potential.
Overall, "Moonlight Sonata" seems to be a song about unrequited love and the feeling of being unnoticed or undervalued by someone you care about. The lyrics express a sense of frustration, but also a determination to persevere and prove oneself to be stronger than the person who is "caught in" their own world.
